This probably turned out a lot crappier than I intended it took, but whatever I can take it down later. This is basically my take on what would happen if Duncan did indeed cheat on Veronica with Kendall and Logan found out about it. It's mostly dialog.
The World Is Not Enough
Logan stormed into his apartment, finding Duncan laying on the couch watching television. "Hey Logan, what's up?" Duncan asked, smiling. Logan didn't answer just stood there, glaring at Duncan.
"Kendall?" Logan exclaimed, finally breaking the silence. "You cheated on Veronica with Kendall!" Duncan's face expressed a mixture of shock and horror. "Wait man, I mean I can explain," Duncan said hurridly, sitting up on the couch.
"Explain? What the hell is there to explain man? You have a girlfriend, a really great girlfriend who trusts you and you go ahead and bang Dick and Beavers mother!" Logan roared.
"Hey, you slept with her too," Duncan said defensively.
"Yeah, but I'm not going out with Veronica now am I? I mean, what the heck are you doing Duncan," Logan asked, his face softening slightly.
"I don't know…..I just don't know," Duncan whispered, resting his head in his hands. Logan sat down beside him and ran his hands through his hair.
"I thought….I thought you loved Veronica, why would you do this to her?" Logan asked quietly.
"I do love her, at least I think I do. Its just that, she's different Logan, she's not the same Veronica that I knew before Lilly died, she's not the same Veronica that I fell in love with."
"Different? Well let's see. Her best friend was killed, all her other friends abandoned her, her boyfriend broke up with her with no explaination, she was treated like a leper at school, and was almost burned alive!" Logan said, getting angry again. "Of course she's different!"
"IT's not just that Logan," Duncan said as he got up and began to pace around the room. "She's not…..she's not…."
"She's not what?" Logan inquired, getting up and looking Duncan straight in the eye.
"She's not Meg ok! She's not Meg." Duncan exclaimed, finally saying out loud what he had been thinking for so long.
"She's not Meg? Duncan you spent all the time that you were with Meg pining for Veronica, and now that you have her you want Meg back?" Logan spat, looking disgusted at Duncan. "I guess the world's really not enough for you, is it Duncan?"
Duncan stood silent, staring at Logan, a dishevled look upon his face. Logan turned away, and with one last glance back at his friend, he left.
