Taking Captain Jack Sparrows name, he sets out to the sea all the while falling for a woman that he believed could never be. The god soon wonders, is it the sea he loves or the woman of the sea? The villain is hunting the infinity stones, able to make their wielder into a god. Jack and the Avengers race against the titan for power of the stones. Three years after the battle of New York, Jack and the Avengers are cleaning up the mess that HYDRA made after SHIELD was torn apart. Upon obtaining Loki's scepter used during New York, Tony Stark attempts to control it for good, but things don't always go according to plan. Elsewhere, Jack's old crew are joined by Loki to try and save Jack from the new world.

After Jack is seemingly killed by the Kraken, he wakes up in New York City, the year of 2012. Not knowing how he got there, he is surprised when he meets an extraordinary group of people fighting against an enemy greater than what he's seen before.
