Do You Believe in Magic?

(A/N: Sorry if this is kinda corny. This might seem weird, but I wrote this fic during church. Can you say irony? Good thing my church friends were oblivious of what I was writing. Without further ado, here's the Kaiba and Yami oneshot!)

"I dare you to!" Yami flung some water in his face.

"Oh no, you didn't!"

Kaiba charged at Yami, knocking him into the water fountain. He glared at him. Yami gave him the "innocent" look. He pretended to try to get out of the fountain… then dragged him in with him. The enraged brunette thrashed at the water, mad as hell.

"You're going to pay for ruining my suit! This material is NOT waterproof!"

He shut him up with a kiss. Kaiba stared at him. The water clung to the leather material, making it constrict and reveal every delicious curve of the pharaoh's body. The CEO of Kaiba Corp. visibly gulped, licking his lips.

Yami smirked. He splashed him. Kaiba didn't react.

"Hey, rich boy."

Blue eyes snapped to amused violet ones.

'Oh yeah. That got his attention.'

"Do you believe in magic?"

Kaiba stared in confusion. Yami held out his hand. Kaiba took it in a daze.

The millennium puzzle started to glow, and the two were shrouded in bright white light. They were transported to a world of the past. Kaiba's eyes widened.

Where are we?

We're in the past, Kaiba. It's time for you to learn the truth… the whole truth.

And Yami showed him the events of the past. His reign as pharaoh, how Kaiba had once sworn his life to protect him. That they had once been sort of friends; allies.

"This isn't real," he muttered.

"Oh, it's real, Kaiba. It's time you start believing in true magic."

'And true love,' he added silently.

The puzzle glowed again, and they were back at the fountain. Kaiba somehow felt… elated. Like a veil had been lifted from his eyes; like he had woken up from a long dream and could see things clearly.

He turned beseeching eyes to Yami. His violet eyes shone with laughter and love.

"Oh my, Kaiba! Can't you see what's right in front of you?"

The brunette stared blankly at the pharaoh, not understanding.

Yami pulled Kaiba towards him, kissing him soundly. The contrast of the cold fountain water with the contact of the pharaoh's warm lips was staggering.

He felt hot and cold at the same time.

"So, Kaiba. Do you believe in magic?" He asked again.

Kaiba smiled radiantly at Yami.

"Yes. I think I do believe in magic." He pulled Yami in for another hot, wet kiss.

(A/N: Well, there ya have it. Be honest. Did it rock? Did it suck? It was a random oneshot, and I'm worried I rushed the ending a bit. Oh well. Just read and review. As always, constructive criticism.)
