Bound by a promise
A lovely prince
A far away prince
Who as long as the earth lives, will be together
For all eternity………….
Princess Kagome: "Dear mother,
I know as long as royal blood flows through my veins, my heart may not be aloud to speak before my mind, but as
Long as I remain human, I believe my heart has a place as well."
In the middle of the letter to her mother, she wrinkled it into a ball while tears streamed down her face. She knew her mother was only looking out for her and the kingdom. Though she dearly wanted to go after her dearest, she knew fair well she could not. He promised he would come back to her…. And they could be together, forever. Walking to her window, she looked out into the far away world. Her bared window held her captive from where she longed to be. She watched the trees blow in the wind, crying out to her to escape. But as long as she had a place, a reason to defy her own heart, she stayed, bound to her tears, and driven far from her own happiness.
Pushing away the tears, she changed out of her nightgown into her beautifully embroidered dress, pink as rosy cheeks in a winter day. She circled the around the tower down the numerous steps and pushed her way out the palace doors. From the moment the light hit her dress, it sparkled in countless patterns, and created endless dreams. Hair in a bun adorned with a crown, her royalty showed in every aspect. She sat in her palace garden patiently waiting for a bit of hope.

Mother: Kagome, hunny, Inuyasha has written you a letter, he is to arrive any day now and I have taken the liberty to invite him to dinner.
Princess Kagome: .Inu…. yashsa? Her eyes glazed over and she could not hold back a tear. ..He's finally coming back to me. She ran up to her bedroom and jumped onto her bed, grabbed her pillow and held it close to her heart. He didn't forget about me after all, thank goodness he's alive and well.
R&R if you want me to add another chappie.. please and thanks )
