The room fills with that single noise as everyone else watches the duel in awed silence. Nobody had expected it to be this close.
Will one of them achieve God's Hand that day? Who will walk away in defeat?
The young man with bleached blonde bangs furrows his brow in frustration – or concentration. This is a battle he is determined to win, even if it is against his good friend and rival Touya Akira. He stares at the board, sweat on his brow. He's so close.
Eyes widen. There.

He looks up expectantly, sees a smirk. Not yet.
