The Time capsule
Year-2015
"All I did was watch one part, it just happened to be mine….." Chase had a flash back of when he looked at Zoey's DVD for the future. He knew it was wrong to do it. He just couldn't wait 20 more years to find out if Zoey loved him back. He had to watch it, and after he did there was no turning back.
Year-2005
It happened when Chase was still in PCA. The class made a time capsule and put items into it for the future PCA students to find. Zoey put in a DVD that included a summary on all her friends, even Chase. Chase wanted to watch it but there was no way Zoey would let him until 20 years were up. 20 years! I can't wait that long! I have to see it now! Chase wanted to see that movie, so he asked for help from Michael. Michael and Chase dug up the time capsule at night, took the DVD, and covered the time capsule up. They ran back to their dorm because the rain was pouring down on them. Chase then put the DVD in his computer and put headsets on so no one else but him could hear it. He almost didn't do it. He had a sense something bad would happen, but he went through with it anyway. "Chase is so special to me. He's one of the funniest, nicest, sweetest guys here at PCA. He is so close to me that I…" Knock…knock, it was the door! Chase knew someone would hear him run into his dorm. The door opened and there standing was a dark shadow. "Who's there?" Chase put the lights on. The shadow disappeared and replacing the shadow was Zoey herself. "Hi there Zoey, what are you doing up so early?" Chase was terrified, Zoey's DVD was in this room playing, while Zoey thinks it's in the time capsule. She will find out he did it because she knows when Chase is lying. Basically, Chase is doomed. "Oh, I thought I heard two people outside. I looked out and they were running up to your dorm. I wanted to check if you guys were ok." Zoey said sweetly. "We're fine! Right, Michael? Right! Ok, see you tomorrow morning. Good bye now." Chase said in a panic. Zoey looked over at Chase….she knew he wasn't telling her something…she can just see it in his eyes. "Wait a minute. You're hiding something from me. Tell me now. I know you too well Chase Matthews." Chase couldn't hold back. He had to tell Zoey the truth.
Year- 2015
Chase remembered clearly how Zoey was furious with him. She didn't want him looking at her personal DVD for the future. For the longest time, Zoey pretended Chase was nothing but air…. for the longest time Chase felt like nothing but air. He wanted his one true love to finally see him again…to finally trust him again. Chase was confused and un-knowing of what to do. He had nothing to do, and no where to go. He knew only if he had stopped that DVD, only if he had decided not to watch it….only if she will forgive me.
Dear Zoey,
I am sorry for my childish move ten years ago. I never got to tell you how sorry I am. I really am. The reason I did it was only to see if you loved me back. Yea, I loved you in PCA, and I still love you ten years later. I hope you can forgive me, so we can start all over again, so we can do it the right way.
