Angel shrunk further into the shadows, watching his blonde goddess as she danced. Graceful and lithe, she was at ease moving to the beat opposite Willow. Angel watched as Buffy's green eyes focused on someone. She tapped Willow, then gestured to the exit. The young witch nodded, and Buffy left Willow to move with predatory grace through the crowd to the exit. Angel followed quickly, and arrived in time to catch the tail end of the fight. He watched in awe as Buffy dispatched the vampire. Angel noted where he belonged, as he moved into shadows, and Buffy into light.
