Chpt2
Stephanie Tanner was talking 3 way on her phone with her best friends Allie and Darcy.
"Steph who are you going with to the Spring Fling with on Friday?" asks Allie
"No boy has asked me yet" answers Stephanie "I might not even go it's just a dance. I'll be the only the one without a date.
"Maybe not Steph" says Darcy "I heard that Josh likes you. He might ask you to the dance"
Josh was a guy in Stephanie's math class who she thought was cute.
"Where did you hear that from?" asks Stephanie
"Zoë told me, she's in my drama class" answers Darcy "She said he told her that you were cute"
"Another rumor" sighs Stephanie "You are both lucky to have both boyfriends that way you don't have to worry about finding dates.
"Ryan is great" says Allie "He writes the greatest poems. Do you want to hear the latest one he wrote?"
"No!" says Darcy and Stephanie together.
Allie Boyfriend Ryan wrote poetry and she was always reading them to Stephanie and Darcy.
"Fine" says Allie" It was a real good poem but if you don't want to hear it then fine."
"Steph you have to go the dance" says Darcy "You have been studying too much plus Trey says Luke Miles is holding a great party afterwards which everyone will be at. Trey says he can us all in."
"Trey is a Darcy boyfriend and he plays football. He also knows where the best parties are going to be.
"I don't study all the time" protests Stephanie
"Yes you do" insists Allie "You haven't gone to a party in a long time."
"Fine" says Stephanie "So I study all the time. What's the big deal? I want to have good great so I can go to university."
"Steph you know your grades are good enough to get into any you university want so relax and have fun" says Darcy
"Steph how are celebrate your 18th this Saturday" ask Allie
Stephanie's 18th birthday was coming up on Saturday March 31. She was so excited about it.
"I'm having a party with the family on Saturday and that's about it" answers Stephanie "My Dad said I couldn't have a party with my friends after what happened at DJ's 18th birthday party."
"My Brother said that party was the best" says Darcy
"Well my Dad didn't think so" says Stephanie
"Bummer" says Darcy
Michelle comes up the stairs into the room with Gabby toddling behind her.
"Steph, Dad told me to tell you it's time for dinner and that Uncle Jesse's clan is heading with us." Says Michelle as she flopped on Stephanie's bed.
"I'll be done in a minute Michelle" says Stephanie "Get off my bed.
"Ok" says Michelle as she leaves the room leaving Gabby pulling books off the shelve.
"Look I have to go. I'll call you later. Bye" says Stephanie in the phone.
"Bye" says Allie and Darcy together. They all hang up
"Gabby no" cries Stephanie as she pulls all the books off the shelves. Stephanie picks her up and carries her out of the attic bedroom.
