The war

Who would have guessed that on that on stormy night someone would leave a baby crying on the doorstep of an orphanage. Who would have guessed that the baby would be the strongest mutant ever.

Well the professor himself did not realize it but even if he did he would still have put the child in the orphanage. Even the girl didn't know and she was good at guessing power levels, it was one of her many abilities. She knew that the child would die in the academy. She knew that the war would in-danger her nice.

"Sonya!" the professor called. Sonya trotted over glancing once over her shoulder. She nodded her head. She wouldn't have spoken even if she could, their may be spies somewhere around. The professor looked up then using his own powers started talking to her. Sonya is your niece safe, the professor asked. Yes, she is as safe as possible. No one would guess she is my brother's child. I have made sure of it. Sonya replied, she looked at the professor and sighed. I left a note, Sonya continued, they will know that her name is Skye, her mother died in childbirth and that her father died in the war. The professor looked at her studding her tall frame, putting his thoughts in order. Sonya was tall. Few knew what she looked like, for she was always in a black and green robe with her face covered up.

Sonya, the professor said, I need you to take the shadow team behind Magneto's army. This shall be our last stand… for now.

Yes, I will. Sonya looked at the professor, please be careful, I know your going up against Magneto. The professor looked at her, I think you know me better than I know myself. I'll be careful. Sonya looked at the professor. You'd better, Sonya replied, I still owe you my life.
