Betrayal
I loved you,
With all of my soul,
With all of my heart,
You were the one,
Who gave me the light,
That I never had,
You tore the mask,
That I had plastered,
Across my paleface,
You discovered,
The girl that was hidden,
Beneath the darkness,
You made me feel happiness,
Without losing control,
Of my powers,
It was you who,
Accepted me for who I am,
Without judging my character,
How delightful did it sound,
When you told me,
That I wasbeautiful.
Too bad,
That all of that,
Wasjust a bunchlies,
You betrayed me,
Took advantage,
Of everything that I had offered you,
I can't believe,
That I fell for your eyes,
For the warmth of your touch,
I should have known better,
No one can ever love,
A personlike me,
It hurts to know,
That the person you love,
Doesn't return the feeling,
Still,
I believed,
That we were truly meant to be.
