Cry
I stand here,
Looking out to the sky,
I feel captivated,
As I see these stars shine.
The wind passes by,
I hear its silent call,
It reels me in,
Ifeel its darkness.
Its seeping,
Bit by bit,
Filling up,
This shallow heart.
If I let go,
If I slip,
Will somebody be there,
To save me from this?
This is it,
I can't stand it,
What use is there,
For me to be staying here.
As I loose grip,
From this dear life,
A hand reaches out,
And brings me back up.
I see his face,
Adorned with tears,
He asks,
"Why are you doing this?"
I gaze to meet,
His emerald eyes,
I open my mouth,
And silently whisper,
"I couldn't take it,
I've had enough,
Its hard to live,
With a shattered heart."
His hands are on my shoulders,
He shakes me,
I hear his voice,
So soothing,
"You'll make it,
I know you can,
You are the strongest person,
That I've ever met.
Malchior was a fool,
To not ever see,
The beautiful girl,
Hidden within."
Liar!
That is not true,
But his voice,
Sounds so sincere.
His voice,
Murmurs in my ear,
"Don't worry Raven,
I'll help you get through this."
I hug him,
As I cry,
Releasing the pain,
That has haunted my heart.
I feel his arms,
Wrap around me,
Once again,
I feel loved.
"Cry,"
He says,
"Don't worry,
I'm here for you."
