Silent whispers,
Come and go,
They echo across,
Inside my soul.
Their eyes reveal,
A thousand lies,
I run from them,
Trying to fly.
They know my past,
I cannot hide,
Within they see,
All of my life.
They know he came,
And ruined me,
Smiles of satisfaction,
He caused my destruction.
They know my weakness
What makes me break,
My suffering heart,
I cannot take.
The light I seek,
Is never there,
Hopes for tomorrow,
Are taken away.
Silent I remain,
Sitting on my bed,
They call me up,
Expressing hate.
Silent whispers,
I hear them know,
Penetrate my soul,
Without a sound.
