Prologue.
Skye LaRacea Jasper cried as she took her razor and put it to her skin. She pushed it down and then she slid it across her pale white skin. Red liquid fell out of the cut. Tears fell onto it mixing with the blood, making the deep red color fade, it stung which made her cry even more. She pushed her waist long black hair out of her face.
Memories from earlier that day came floating back.
"Mom, I didn't sleep with anyone, I'm not a slut like you!" Skye and her mom were arguing over a pregnancy test she found in Skye's room.
"I'm not a slut!" She lied, Sierra Jasper was known around the wizarding world as whore. She slept with many people and had the nickname 'Mistress.' Sierra slapped Skye, and Skye fell to the floor.
Skye's mother poured her vodka on her. "Next time you come home with a pregnancy test, I'll kill you." Skye picked up the pregnancy test and walked to her bed room, on the way there she knocked on her older sister's bed room door. "Yes." Serena Jasper asked answering the door. "Ace. Why do you smell like Vodka? And what is that mark on your face?"
She shoved the pregnancy test to her older sister. "Next time get your own."
"Ace, I'm so, so, so sorry!" Serena went to hug her sister but she stopped her.
"Me too." With that said Skye walked away.
And that's how she got where she is now. Skye never met her father her mother said that he was some dead beat that turned on his friends or something like that. She didn't like her father because he left her in this hell hole.
But that would all change; tomorrow she would be boarded onto the Hogwarts Express…she'll see all her friends, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville and Ginny. Together with Ron, Harry, Neville and Hermione they'll be starting their fourth year.
