CE 68 ABADDON PROJECT Facility.
Outside the facility was made to resemble a barren Wasteland, with a large domed building in the middle. Inside the facility though were several scientists as several people slept inside special type pods. "So how are they all doing." The doctor asked as he looked at a clipboard through a pair of blue glasses.
"Something seems to be up within Hydra's head, it seems through our brainwave systems he has been dreaming of his past life before this project." She told him as he stood infront of a pod that had a sandy blonde haired teenage boy resting in it. The boy was about the age of thirteen as were most of the others in the pods. Each to be around the age of 11 to thirteen years old both male and female.
"Try to get his mind wiped again, Hydra is to be the leader of this group and we can't let him go nuts after all of this." The man said.
"Yes Dr. Oracle." The woman said nodding.
"What of the other one, the one brought in from Lord Nexus?" Oracle asked her as he turned to a black haired girl. The girl seemed to be older than the others as she was about sixteen years old.
"The Siren is doing better than what we thought." The woman said. "Even with her own alterations since birth she has been co existing with this project incredibly." She said as Oracle nodded fingering his glasses.
"Yes it is good, even though she is to be the Destroyer of the Destroyers just incase the worst case scenario." Oracle said as he looked at the woman in the tank. "So she is to be sent back to Junius 7 when the project with the others is finished?" He asked the woman as she nodded. "Alright Thank you, and be ready for anything, with the things happening to Hydra." He told her as she nodded as she got ready to release Siren for her Test run. Oracle on the other hand left to do some paperwork.
The pod opened as the woman from inside to a grasp of breathe. "What is it this time?" She asked as she opened her violet eyes. "Am I to finish my last tests today?" She asked as she took a step out of the pod.
"No not today lady Siren, we are just going to do a go over on you, test for any faults in the Destroyer Agumentations you have received." The woman said as Siren smiled.
"Ok and you don't have to call me Siren, You can call me Aelan, as I am part of the Nexus program so my Destroyer code name is really nothing." Aelan said looking at the pods with a sad face. "I just hope my true purpose never truly unravels." Aelan told the woman as she nodded.
"Ok Aelan, follow me to the usual room." The woman said as Aelan nodded and followed. The woman lead Aelan to a room that was full of scientific and surgery style tools. "Please laydown on the table Aelan." She said as Aelan did as she was told. Aelan sighed as she layed down. "So Aelan how do you feel, being the fale safe just incase one of the others go nuts?" The woman asked.
"I feel hurt, those people are my friends, and like the rest of my family we would hate to fight our friends and kill them." Aelan told her.
"Well it seems you only got close to the two commander's, Hydra and Medusa I think are their names. Am I right?" She asked as Aelan nodded as a scanning light traveled down her body.
"Yeah, their true names are Rachel Carver and Kevin Onishi." Aelan said as she felt a bit of discomfort as she felt the rays go into her to check her agumentated systems. That was when a crash was heard in the room where the pods were. "What was that?" Aelan asked not moving.
Then another crash was heard as Aelan got the look of shock as she heard the scream of Rachel. "Rachel!" Aelan said as she sat up and moved out of the way of the equipment. "I guess the Nexus program may come in handy early." She said leaving the room. "Leave here, we have yet to see a battle of destroyers in a enclosed area." Aelan said to the woman as the woman went to get the alarm. But was to late as one of the containers that once contained Aelan came crashing through the wall with Tanya Coleson was on the other side as her ribs were crushed by the impact as the woman that was tending Aelan's skull was crushed from the impact into her. Both were now dead as Aelan look through the hole in horror as she saw Hydra fighting another of her friends Erica Hawke. As the two were in a strength contest, Michael Carnehan aka Kraken tackled Hydra from the side. The two crashed beside Aelan as she saw the changes that happened to Hydra. His skin was covered in a type of fur and his eyes were completely blank of emotion.
"Aelan get Erica and the others out of here!" Michael ordered obviously concerned for Erica's life. That was when Kevin or Hydra which ever extended three claws from one of his fur covered human hands. He then stabbed them into the side of Michael as Charlie Evans came and shoulder tackled the creature into a corner.
"Hydra! Calm Down!" He ordered as he was the biggest out of the destroyers, in height and strength. Behind him though was a carnaged room where Corpses of Manticore, Gorgon, Minotaur, Chimera, Basilisk, and Cerberous. Aelan had horror on her face as her friend Rachel limped out of the hole as well. Charlie then lifted a very heavy computer off the floor and was ready to crush Kevin with such a weapon.
Aelan then notice that even with all of Charlies strength he was struggling to keep the massive weight above him. Kevin also saw this and took the opportunity as he jumped and landed his feet on the ceiling and catapulting himself onto the computer System Charlie held. The weight was so much for him as he was crushed under the pressure of the Weight. "No Charlie!" Erica called as Kevin looked at her with anger as he grabbed a flat round disk. The edge was sharp as he threw it at Michael. Erica saw her love in danger as she pushed Kraken out of the way as the disk sliced through her stomach killing her. The last hing her heard her say was, "Run" and so he did.
Aelan got a hold of Rachel as they began to move out of the area as Kevin came and rammed Aelan away as he knew Rachel was unfit to fight. "AHH" Aelan said as a spike stuck out of her leg. Kevin came ever closer to her as he raised his bloodied claw.
"NO!" Rachel called as she reached deep into her mind as she pulled Kevin away from Aelan with telekenesis. Kevin was taken away from Aelan but managed to extend his claw at the last second slicing deep into Rachel's neck. Rachel collapsed to the ground as Aelan saw the horror.
"NO Rachel!" Aelan called as she saw the cat like Kevin leave the room. Aelan summoned her strength so that her nano machines wouldn't heal the wound over the spike. Blood colored the spike as Aelan winced in pain. As she freed herself she crawled to her fallen best friend. "Rachel." Aelan said as she flipped her friend over seeing her throat torn, beyond repair. "No" Aelan said with tears as the self destruct system of the base came on. "No" Aelan muttered as Rachel's eyes eyed her friend.
"Ae. . ." She began as Aelan put a finger to her own lips.
"No don't speak my friend it will all be over soon." Aelan said as Rachel shook her head.
"For. . ." She said. "Me it is but. . . for you. . . it is not." Rachel said as the countdown landed on ten.
"Ten, Nine, Eight, seven, Six," The countdown called as Rachel put a hand to Aelan's chest.
"You must live." Rachel said as Aelan felt her body fly back not far from the spike.
"Five, four, three, two." It called as Rachel formed a telekenetic shield around Aelan. "One" It said its final word as the Nuclear reactor at the facility began to go critical.
"Aelan you must live for us!" Rachel yelled with her last strength as the explosion wrapped its heat around her incinerating her as Aelan watched in Horror.
Junius Seven CE 70: February 14th
"NO!" Aelan called having the same nightmare she has been having ever since the incident. She clenched the blanket to her. "I swear I will Kill Kevin Onishi, for the others." Aelan said as a muffled noise was heard on the other side of the room she was in.
"Whats wrong sis?" Came the voice of a young woman who had shoulder length brown hair and wore a pink night gown.
"Nothing, Nic, just a bad dream." Aelan said as she looked at her sister. If anyone knew who she was she was Nicola Stratos' Aelan's sister and pretty much best friend since their other friend Meer Campbell moved to Aprilius one. Nicola was also part of the Nexus project Aelan was in but she never had the Abaddon part come in. Nicola was a kind and gentle person as she loved life and looked at death in a different perspective. She looked at death as another life, the true life as they dream the world they are in now. "You thinking of Chris again Nicola?" Aelan asked.
Nicola nodded as she thought of her boyfriend Chris Nexus the son of the man who enhanced their well being since birth. And has trained them in the art of mobile suit combat. "We are to test the mobile suits mom and dad have been working on today aren't we?" Nicola asked.
"Yeah it be different huh." Aelan said standing up and getting dressed. "Mom told us to go there once we awoken, and I am going to do just that you going to come along?" Aelan asked her.
"Yeah, just give me a second." She said grabbing a photo that she and Aelan shared of the four friends in it. Meer, Aelan, Chris, and Nicola were all in the pic as Chris had his arm around Nicola.
A few hours later the factory where Aelan and Nicola had to go was extremely busy more than usual. "Hey whats going on?" Nicola asked a passing person.
"Sorry mam can't talk right now." He said as Nicola looked around and saw her boyfriend. Chris Nexus. He had short black hair and basicly wore black clothing but not Goth like.
"Nicola! Aelan!" He called waving them over.
"Whats going on?" Aelan asked.
"Scanners have found that the Earth Forces are sending an attack force here and we can detect Nukes aboard the ships." Chris said pulling them as they saw three machines being taken into two shuttles. "Come on, our parents are sending us out of here, the attack force is huge." Chris told them as he took Aelan into one shuttle. "We have to go with our assigned suits and this is where yours is Aelan." Chris told her as she nodded.
"Ok, and what about you two?" Aelan asked.
"We are in the other shuttle." Chris told her. "Don't worry we will see each other later." Chris told her as she nodded and went in. She saw Nicola and Chris get in the other one along with a woman that Aelan recognized as Chris' mother. Just then her shuttle was launched into space as did the other one. Aelan looked back to see her home and to the horror of her eyes could see. The Colony was hit by a Nuclear missile as it collapsed on it self.
"NO MOM, DAD!" Aelan called as she saw the Colony collapse and be blown away, as her ship rocked from the shockwaves.
CE: 70 June Second, Laurasia class ship, Endymion crater
Aelan sat in her quarters of the Ship she now stayed in. Aelan was rescued from her pod by the passing ship a few months ago and was adopted by Rau Le Creuset as she now is on the ship he commands. The Ship was currently getting ready to attack a Earth Forces base at the Endymion Crater. Aelan is to fight and command a group of GINNs in the battle. She was trained in Grunt mobile suit combat by Rau for a few months when he had time. Aelan grabbed a red mask that Rau gave her to show everyone that she was his protege. She put the mask on as when she looked through it everything was clear even though on the other side the eye pieces were red.
"Ah so you are awake Aelan." Said a tall blonde haired man. He wore the ZAFT commanders uniform and wore a white mask. Aelan on the other hand wore the top gun uniform of ZAFT. To Aelan his voice was very calm even though they were to be in a battlefield quite soon.
"Yes I am master." She said standing up.
"Good, I want you to go suit up for the battle, You are to be the wing commander after all." Rau said as she walked out of the room.
"Of course sir, I will prepare my GINN right away." Aelan said as at this time the only mobile suit they did have was the GINNs and DINNs but the DINN was on Earth most of the time. Aelan walked down the hall giving the ZAFT salute to any passing soldier. She entered the Pilots changeing room and put on a ZAFT top gun uniform. "Most likely my bad luck will continue and Hydra wont be out here." She said putting the helmet on. She floated into the hangar as several of the pilots of the GINNs were already climbing into them. She floated towards her unit. Her unit was a version of the ZGMF-1017M GINN High Maneuver type, as it was colored in Red.
"Ahh Aelan your unit is ready." The head mechanic said as Aelan nodded and climbed in. "So Aelan will the commander be piloting his own High Maneuver in this battle?" The mechanic said as Aelan looked at him.
"Only if things get hectic out there." Aelan answered as the man nodded floating away as her machines hatch closed. The GINN began to move towards the Linear Catapult as it carried its two Machine guns one in each hand and two MA-MS Heavy swords on the hips of the machine.
"Alright Aelan you are clear for Launch." The CIC officer called as Aelan nodded.
"Aelan Le Creuset Launching" Aelan called as her machine goes out to fight one of the most fierce battles of the War. "The Alliance will pay for what they did to my home." She said to herself as her machines extra Thrusters sent her infront of her group. "Alright everyone Eliminate the enemy, so ZAFT can claim this place as their own." Aelan said as she detected enemy Mobius units.
"FOR JUNIUS SEVEN!" A soldier yelled as he opened fire his machine gun at the enemy units.
"FOR MY FAMILY!" Aelan called for herself as she drew and had her machine hold one sword in one hand and the machine gun in the other. Using her machines speed she rushed towards the enemy and slice one in half with the sword and blasted another that got to close.
"Take this you Natural!" A soldier called as his GINN fired destroying one of the Mobius units. "That was for my mother!" He called. "AHHH" was his last yell as a gunbarrel from a Mobius Zero unit fired into his cockpit.
"Damn its the Mobius Zero group!" A soldier said as another GINN fell to one of the machines. Behind Aelan's mask he face grew angry as she dodged one of the gun barrels.
"DIE!" She yelled as she brought her sword down on the cockpit of a Machine.
"NO CHARLIE!" Came the voice of Mu La Flaga as his Mobius launched all four of its Gunbarrels towards the Red GINN. The Machine dodged each of the pods. "Whoa that pilot is good." Mu said to him self as the Machine fired at him.
Mu dodged the attack, "This person is beyond good." Aelan said to herself as she fired until her machine guns clip emptied. "Damn" Aelan said leaving her attention on her opponent blasted her GINNs leg was blown off.
"Aelan Retreat I will take care of this." Came Rau's voice over the calm as a regular colored High Maneuver GINN.
"Yes Commander." Aelan said as she turned tail and went back towards the Laurasia ship. "I guess the bastard wasn't here either." Aelan told herself as she flew towards the ship.
A while later the commander radioed the ship to move away from the crater as two minutes after that the thermal microwave energy of the cyclops system exploded. The Blast took out much of the ZAFT forces and the ship Aelan stayed on was one of the few that lived through the experience
Once Aelan found Rau she questioned about the battle. "Sir do you have any idea what that thing was?" Aelan asked her commander.
"It seems the Earth Forces really didn't want us to get their resource base as they fired up a Cyclops system, we are just lucky that it only goes as far as 50 kilometers" Rau told her as Aelan eyes were in a questionable look behnd her mask. "You seem troubled Aelan what is wrong?" Rau asked her.
"Just wondering what the Natural's are thinking, sacrificeing their own forces just to eliminate a few of our own units." Aelan told him as Rau just smiled.
"Its because think that soldiers are lost causes and are willing to sacrifice them." Rau told her as Aelan looked away from her adoptive father.
"Let alone they killed so many people they are willing to sacrifice their own soldiers to elimiate the coordinators, those bastards have no honor." Aelan said obviously anger to her commander.
"I see you are angry, and I will just say this, use your anger as a weapon, and no one will be able to take you down." Rau said to her as she nodded to herself.
"Yes sir I will make sure I remember this." Aelan told him as he nodded.
"Good, and we are being transfered though once we get to Aprilius one." Rau said to her as she nodded.
"Ok then commander, and with your permission I will like to return to my room." Aelan said with a salute.
"Permission granted, Aelan." Rau told her as Aelan went for her room. Aelan felt a bit insulted by the Earth Forces do to her carelessness with her machine losing its leg.
"If I had my actual Machine I would of been able to wipe the floor with those blasted mobile armors." Aelan told herself as she entered her room. "I wonder what unit will I be transfered to, I am hoping I can stay with Rau, he has been so kind to me." Aelan said as she slept in the bed.
(A/N: I am having fun doing these past events that are leading to the real story and battle.)
During the past Months, Rau and Aelan were transfered to the Nazca class ship the Vesalius where Rau resumed command of the Ship and was to be assigned his new team in the near future. Aelan is also apart of this ship as she and her step father were given the newest units of the ZAFT force, the commander units the CGUE. Rau kept the color scheme of the ship the same as Aelan gave it a color scheme as it had earned her the nick name, the Red Queen. The other pilot assigned to the ship was the Magic Bullet of Dusk Miguel Aiman. Aelan and Miguel had become really good friends even though he has never seen her face. Infact most of the crew has never seen her face as a matter of fact, Rau has been the only one.
Aelan had quite a liking to the ship as she learned the paths of the ship quite easily. as now CE 70 September 20th. the Vesalius was docked at a ZAFT base as it was there to pick up its new pilots, the new top guns from the ZAFT training academy, mainly the new recruits who joined do to the attack of Junius seven. The Reason for Aelan being with them for so long was do to what Rau knew of her and his influence. "Hey Aelan, you coming?" Miguel said as he knocked on Aelan's hotel room door. "If we don't hurry we will be late to meet the new recruits." Miguel told her.
"Yeah I know!" Aelan said as she came out of the door. "Well are we going or what?" Aelan asked as she still wore the ZAFT top gun uniform and her red mask.
"Man it s now wonder everyone calls you that." Miguel told her as she nodded.
"Yeah its kind of trademark to be known as the Red Queen and dressing in Red to show it off." She said as Miguel nodded.
"And I see you dyed your hair again." Miguel said as her hair was now more of a violet color. She nodded as they climbed into the military jeep with Miguel behind the wheel. "So why didn't Rau stay at the hotel with you?" Miguel asked her.
"One he isn't my real father just basicly a guardian. And two, well he had some buisness." Aelan told him as they drove to the ship docking area.
A while later her and Miguel were met by officers as the two walked onto the ship and waited for the new pilots that were do to arrive in a few minutes. Aelan kept quiet as she wondered who these new pilots would be, and she intended to ask why they truly wanted to join the war. Could these new pilots be coming aboard for revenge like I have, I heard that the military got new recruits by the hundreds do to the bloody valentine." Aelan told herself as she waited for the new pilots. Rau had appeared as well and stood at the end of the line to greet the new pilots personally. That was when a soldier came on Saluted and gave Rau a group of folders five to be exact. He was then followed by five pilots each wearing a red Top gun uniform.
First of the group was a orange haired male, his eyes showed no color. He was a bit shorter than the male behind him. The male behind him had dark skin and had blonde hair as well as brown eyes, and the next person was shorter than the blonde and had green hair and red eyes. Behind him though was a male with silver hair and blue eyes. Then finally a blue haired male with green eyes. Each of them floated by the group as they Saluted to their commander.
"Ahh so you are the new members of this ship. I am commander Rau Le Creuset and each of you are?" Rau asked as Aelan was also wanting to know who they were.
"ZAFT Top Gun Rusty Mackenzie" The orange haired Rusty said with a salute.
"ZAFT Top Gun Dearka Elsman" Said the dark Skinned Dearka. Aelan was quite interested as one of the council members sons was now onboard the ship.
"ZAFT Top Gun Nicol Amalfi" The Green haired Nicol told him as Aelan cocked her eybrow up even more. She notice that there are two sons of the council members and was to be surprised to see that there were even more.
"Commander! I am ZAFT Top Gun Yzak Joule!" The Silver Haired Yzak said as he saluted to his new commander.
"Commander" Said the blue haired pilot in a calmer voice. "Top Gun Athrun Zala reporting for Duty sir." Athrun said as even Rau raised an eyebrow at who was onboard the ship.
Well well well, so we got four of the council members children onboard this ship. Patrick Zala's, Yuri Amalfi's, Ezailia Joule's, and even Tad Elsman's sons. Now this is an interesting Crew. Aelan thought as Rau nodded at the new arrivals.
"Alrighty then allow me to introduce you all to the Vesalius, and I will also like for the five of you to meet two legends besides myself that reside on this ship." Rau said as he motioned both Aelan and Miguel to approach. "Allow me to introduce to The Magic Bullet of Dusk, Miguel Aiman." Rau said as each of the pilots shook the hand of the man who was apart of the battle that gave ZAFT the defence fortress Boaz.
"Its nice to meet the new members of the team." Miguel said as he shook hands with each of the new recruits.
"And this is my step daughter, Aelan, aka the Red Queen." Rau said pointing to the masked Aelan.
"So this is the famous Red Queen, much more attractive than I thought." Dearka said as Aelan had a smile on her face.
"Thank you Elsman, I am glad to see one of the Council members sons is such a gentlemen." Alean said as the two shook hands. Aelan also shook hands with each of the new pilots as she and Miguel went and exchanged words with the new pilots as the Vesalius began its launch preperations.
Miguel talked to the group of Rusty, Athrun, Dearka, and Yzak as Aelan floated over to Nicol as he watched the PLANT Colony slowly but surely getting smaller behind the ship. Nicol noticed the violet haired woman get closer to him as he saluted to her as she was to be the Wing commander of the squad along side Miguel. "Please Nicol, you don't have to be so formal." Aelan said as she landed beside him joining his gaze on the homeland.
"Aelan, are we doing the right thing?" Nicol asked as Aelan shrugged.
"No Clue, and now I have a question for You Nicol." Aelan told him as he looked at her. "Are you saying good bye to the homeland?" She asked him as it caught him off guard. "Don't worry you don't have to answer me." Aelan told him. "Just wondering if I wasn't the only one that does it. As this is a war there is no telling if we will survive or not in the next battle. So I go to the window and give a goodbye to the PLANTs." Aelan told him as Nicol kept silent. "You Know Nicol, your name reminds me of a family member of mine."
"Oh yeah who?" He asked as he looked at her with her eyes hiding behind her mask.
"Please don't be affended by this, but my sister almost has the same name as you." She said looking over to the group where Yzak leaned on the wall and the others sat on the couch talking to Miguel.
"Oh yeah, how close are our names the same?" He asked her as Aelan smiled as now she gets to talk about her family.
"Her name had one extra letter then your name, Nicola Stratos is her name, I haven't seen her though for quite a while." Aelan said in a sadened voice.
"Really, do and what about your actual parents." Nicol asked as Aelan's face became grim.
"They both died, during the bloody valentine." Aelan told him as Nicol seemed saddened. "Nicola though, I don't know the last time I seen her, she and her boyfriend escaped in the same shuttle and that was the last I seen of her." Aelan told him as Nicol thought on this. "Well we may as well go and join the others." Aelan said as she floated to the group.

Well my first chapter of my Brothers in Arms AU story. Even though the next chapter will actually start on the actual Brother In Arms story.
I am also planning on posting notes of the Author for both this And Fate. In meaning is that I will post notes to reviewers from both stories such as the Chapter that was last done for Fate will be posted in this. And for the next set will be on which ever story I update Next. It all just depends on what I update next

Infinite: Well I hope Nicky has fun over in France. I know I wouldn't because I couldn't speak french to save my freaking life.
Solid: Tanya is indeed part of this new group, and I wont be posting these new machines until I reveal all of the Destroyers that are currently alive. And as you will see what will happens to the nation of ORB by a falling ship that was a size of a PLANT Colony.
About the Newtype thing its basicly what people like to call it as it is so much a like with the Newtypes in UC using the same type of system as they did anyways.
Ultimate: Whoa man, thsse are new enemies Kira never faced before, heck one of his loves are fighting him, he wont attack her like he attacked Athrun, Besides these new destroyers are part of more than just the Abaddon project this time. And here is a clue of why. Aelan is only a prototype of what they really are.
