Prologue

Ginny looked out at the crowd before her. She was standing on a stage about to sing in front of people for the first time in five years. A tear rolled down Ginny's cheek as she thought about the person who was supposed to be here with her, but he can't. He's gone.

Ginny stretched and reached over to ruffle her partner's hair. But her hand only came in contact with a piece of paper.

Dear my darling Ginny,

Even thought I won't be with you, you will always be in my heart.

I must leave due to unspeakable circumstances that will surely get me killed if revealed to you.

I know your fiery spirit will have you clutching this letter in anger,

But please realize this it is imperative for me to leave you at the moment we have confessed our love.

I will always be with you in spirit no matter where you are. Your soul is part of mine and without that missing piece, I will perish.

I'll love you forever.

Tears streamed down her face, dripping onto the letter. Clutching her last link to him Ginny sank back into her pillows…

Ginny lifted the microphone to her mouth and began to sing her song.

The audience was quiet, each in awe of the ethereal beauty that came from within the singer on stage. All of a sudden a voice spoke out from the crowd.

"Did he leave out of love or spite?"

Ginny was startled, someone knew about him. She jumped of the stage into the surging mass of people, she walked among the crowd till she found the speaker.

She threw herself at the man in front of her,wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Draco"
