Orochimaru was not fond of children.
Oh, of course they had their good points; They were much more energetic than their adult counterparts, their potential usually was undiscovered at their young age, and of course, many thought they were 'cute' or 'adorable'...Not that the latter appealed to him. But their energy was also a downside, combined with the simple fact that they seemed to develop selective hearing over crucial rules. He could attest to this now, as he had been given all the personal experiance he wanted or needed.
"Damn kid..." Orochimaru thought, silently fuming as his reflection scowled back at him from the glimmer of the pond, tracing the dandy new purple markings around his eyes that his disciple had bestowed upon him. He should have known better than to trust Anko with magic markers...
