Kagome looked at the demon she had hated for so long, Naraku was smiling in a way most befitting a fallen angel, one of pure evil and nothing more. He smiled as he lightly crushed her friends in his tentacles, Kagome just glared at him. "Naraku, you have my friends and I want them back, what do you want in return?" Her friends looked shocked, they had repeatedly told her to run and they thought she had gotten the message.
Naraku just smiled, "Aww, sweet little Kagome making a deal with the devil huh?
What I want is your life, in return your friends may go free." Her friends started to shout but Kagome waved her hand to silence them and told him, "How do I know you won't kill them when I'm gone? What proof is there?" Naraku just sighed just wanting to kill the miko, was that really to much to ask for? "I will let you use a spell to bind me to my word, fair enough?" Kagome nodded and chanted a spell she had made Keade teach her, she knew she would suffer this fate. Kagome finished chanting and a purple tattoo of a arrow head formed on his upper arm, Naraku smiled and let a tentacle shoot forward and hit Kagome directly in the chest. Kagome smiled a secret smile and glowed blue as her soul fled her body to the spirit wall. The inu gang fell to the ground and Miroku took up the shikon and put it in his robes. Naraku left and the others wept over the body of their lost friend.

Keiko had always felt another being in her mind and had always ignored it. But Kagome Higurashi does not take kindly to being ignored. (She will be in this story like Kurama and Yoko. But Kagome will get her own body back and Keiko will get a new soul.)
