Ok this is just a crappy one-shot, mostly a Ginny monologue that is placed in the HBP, she basically blows up at Hermione. The first part is taken from the book.

"well of course I'm glad Harry wasn't cursed!" said Hermione clearly stung, "but you can't call that Sectumsemprs spell a good, Ginny, look where it landed him! And I'd have thought, seeing as what it has done to your chances in the match-"

"Oh, don't start acting as though you understand Quidditch," snapped Ginny, "you'll only embarrass yourself."

"Only embarrass myself? well I know enough about Quidditch to know without Harry, Griffindor's chances go down the drain!"

"No chance, you think Griffindor has no chance, well I'll be playing seeker, and I guess you wouldn't know enough amount Quidditch to see that I'm not half bad. But you don't care do you, you always have to have the last word, making everybody know how smart you are. You can't miss a chance to show off! You don't care what I think, or what anyone thinks, it's all you you you , well you're not always right. YOU don't care that Harry was scared and used the only curse he could think of, YOU don't care that Luna likes the Quibbler, And YOU don't care what I say. You don't care about what people say when you don't respect them, and you don't respect anyone else that you think is below you, and you don't respect something you don't understand, and can't do. You watch the Quidditch games because you respect someone that's in them. And think about it, the only way you did start to respect Ron and Harry's is when they beat up a freakin troll, A TROLL, well I would hate to see what else might earn your respect. MERLIN SAVE YOU, you surround yourself with people that have done things, important things, and try to earn their respect, but do you care about Parvail, or Lavender, I don't think so, you don't respect them because you don't respect their views, about divination, about guys, about anything. Think about Harry, when he boarded the train in year one he didn't know who Ron was, or anything about him, but he respected him, you were busy looking for Nevilles toad, looking for a way to show off, and didn't look twice at the boys or think of respecting them, until you learn he was Harry Potter. And Dobby, Harry respected Dobby from the moment he saw him-"

"Wait a second don't dare you say I don't respect house elves! With all my work with S.P-" Hermione started to retort but was cut off once again.

"Sure, you 'respect' them? I think not, you feel sorry for them, and want to show off that you're such a good person. Hermione you should stop thinking you're so much smarter and better then other people, you should start respect other peoples views, cause you're not always right, and you don't need to win every argument," Ginny snapped back, and then stormed off out the portal hole.

Hermione then quickly went up to bed, leaving the enter common room dumbstruck. Harry and Ron stared at each other, Hermione and Ginny who had always gotten along had stormed off in opposite directions. Ron soon left for bed leaving Harry to think about what he had just seen, and found he felt quite guilty about it, but was cheered up a bit think that Ginny had stood up for him-in a way, against Hermione! even Harry knew not to mess with her, and now he knew he probably shouldn't mess with Ginny either.

A/N ok that was it my one shot scene during the Half-Blood prince. Um...ya. if you need reminding, this is right after Harry cursed Malfoy in the bathroom and this is also before he and Ginny get together(that is at the party after the game mentioned in this) REVIEW PLZ, even if you hate it tell me.
