DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own Hamtaro. Ritsuko Kawai does. If I owned it, Pudding and Jazz would be official ham-hams!
This fiction is dedicated to JF, my one and only crush. I'll never forget his kindness, or his sweetness towards me. But he loves someone else, and I must accept it. ;; In my fan-fictions, though, he will be known as Jazz, the ham-ham.
Chapter 1: Ninja Hams Kingdom
In a far away land, high up in the clouds, there was the Ninja Hams Kingdom. In this kingdom, everyone trained to be a ninja. It was believed that the tradition of being a ninja began when a wise old hamster said:
"Soon after my death, chaos will arise in the kingdom. Everybody must fight, or they will lose their soul," the wise one said, with a little touch of sorrow in his voice.
Ever since then, everybody in the kingdom trained to be ninjas. You could never be too sure. Elders are always right about what they say, and you must listen to them. But the wise old hamster's prediction had not yet come true. Not yet…
Mean while, in the garden of a big mansion, an exasperated hamster yelled.
"ARGH! I'll NEVER get this jump right!" said a voice filled with anger.
That voice came from the mouth of the one and only Purin-Chan. Her official nickname was Pudding, and she was well known in the Ninja Hams Kingdom. She was white all over, with pudding yellow fur on her forehead. She always wore pigtails, tied with red ribbons. She too, was training to be a ninja, but couldn't get that one jump right.
"MOTHER!" she yelled, "Can you help me? I can't get the Swirly-Ham Jump right! It's too hard!"
Her mother came into the yard. "Just like me when I was a child! I used to never get that jump right, either. But a wise old hamster taught me that Perfection doesn't always come when you expect it to. Sometimes, you must think of a trick to make it easier..."
Pudding's mother was beautiful. She was white all over, with pudding yellow fur on her forehead. (the way Pashmina's fur is styled) She wore a blue kimono, decorated with sakura blossoms, along with an indigo belt. Combed in her hair was a Nadeshiko flower, in loving memory of her husband, who died in Ham War II. That flower was the last thing he ever gave to her.
Pudding was quite interested by the wise old hamsters' words. "Mum! What kind of trick did he show you?" she asked.
Her mother stared at the young ninja, and laughed. "Oh, Pudding! He didn't show me any trick! I found one on my own. Here. I'll show it to you!"
Pudding's mother explained that everything has a weak spot. To make something easier to do, you must find its weak point, and figure out its' advantage.
"See? The weak point of the Swirly-Ham Jump is that it tends to make you dream," she explained, "So when you do that jump, imagine you're jumping off a plane with a parachute. Then, supposedly let go of it, and pretend you're jumping onto a trampoline. Its all about imagining. Got it?"
Pudding nodded. She understood. Quickly, she ran up onto the practice wall, and jumped. She could feel herself falling in the sky, and letting go of her parachute. As long as she kept her eyes shut, she was not afraid. With no hesitation, she did a triple flip, and landed peacefully on the ground.

That's all for now. That was of more of an introduction to the story. I might write more later. Sorry the chappies are short. I like having them short! ;; Besides. I don't know what else I COULD write in here. So wait for the next chappy. It will be more interesting.
