Respect the elders.

Remus Lupin wrapped smartly on the door to Harry's bedroom, "Dumbledore's sacrifice means nothing if you won't eat, Harry."

Silence was all to hear, even to Remus's improved senses.

"Harry?"

Remus opened the door and stepped inside. The window was open and the bed had been stripped of sheets, "Damn!"

Teach the young.

Remus walked up and pulled Harry back from the shadows that clung to the London street, "You don't have to find them alone, you know."

"Thanks for teaching me the Patronis. It really helped back there."

Remus ruffled his head, "No problem. Let's go home."

Cooperate with the pack.

Remus spoke quietly, "The Death Eater is moving west. Tonks move into intercept."

He watched as a flash of bright light illuminated the corner of the courtyard. Running full speed, he managed to catch Tonks before she hit the ground.

"Missed him," Tonks said, slurring her words slightly.

"We'll get him next time."

Play when you can.

"Checkmate."

"You always win, Remus," Tonks pouted.

"You asked me no to go easy on you."

"That doesn't mean I don't want you to go easy on me."

Remus sighed, "One more game."

Hunt when you must.

Remus howled as he transformed.

A scent filled his nostrils.

The scent of strawberries was her scent.

He began to track.

Rest in between.

Remus walked in from the kitchen. He smiled when he saw Tonks stretched out on the couch.

Leaning over her body, he lifted her up and carried her up the stairs to her bedroom.

Share your affections.

Remus awoke entwined with his bed, his sheets and Tonks.

He smiled when he saw her and kissed her on the head.

Voice your feelings.

"I love you Tonks."

"Love you too, Remus."

Leave your mark.

Remus watched Harry, Ron and Hermione take their first steps into adulthood.

"I hope that I helped them."

Tonks wrapped her arms around his waist, "You probably did."
