Poor Sokka, that was the saddest expression ever. Usually I am thinking about how much I pity Zuko but Sokka really won my pity that night. Poor Yue! She was a true princess and will live forever in the hearts of her people. Amurderofcrows wrote an amazing drabble which made me think of the words in Hebrew "Kidush L'vana". It means to consecrate or to make holy the moon but it can also mean to marry the moon. I thought it would make a pretty song to the tune of a lovely song called "What I Believe" by Journeys. Sokka can sing it on Music Night when the crew teams up with Iroh & Zuko against Zula. Till then, Sokka can always have midnight.

Kidush L'Vana

You can forgot all those ladies with ribbons in their hair

You can have all those maidens who are lovely and fair

It is nearly the twilight and my love is coming soon

Yes, I have been promised to the girl in the moon

There is nothing as pure as the light from her hair

Each night she rises and each night, I am there

I can feel her presence as she watches over me

That beautiful face which only I can see

You can forgot all those damsels with eyes shiny bright

I don't need a candle when I have all the night

I only feel alone with the sun is in high noon

For I am in love with the girl in the moon

There is nothing as kind as her generous soul

I'm half a person for only she makes me whole

I can still her voice as she became a sacrifice

She saved the world but I paid the price

You can forget all the girls with cheeks plump and red

I prefer the pale cheek of moonlight instead

All you ladies, to your charms I'm immune

Someday, I will marry the girl in the moon
