Disclaimer: Oh man. I shouldn't have to do this. But here we go. I do not own the Teen Titans. Happy?
Author's Note: Just because I'm in the mood and I can, I am making this sort of a spin-off kind of deal from "Cruel Intentions, False Confessions." I have no idea where this will go, or how soon it will end. I also I have homework to be doing. But I'm pretty sure I can blow it off for a while. XD
Chapter One:
Starfire slowly bandaged her most recent addition of scars on her arm up and carefully buckled her armlet back around her arm. She then went into the bathroom adjoining her room to carefully clean the blood off of her dagger and took the time to put it back into its case.
Now, you have to understand one thing about her. She doesn't cut to kill. She only does it because… She just doesn't know how to handle this pain, how else to let it out. It seems she learned more than just English from earthlings…
But again, Starfire went back into the bathroom to check her appearance, to make sure her emotional mask was in place and that she hadn't missed any blood in cleaning up. She hadn't.
It was almost sad how good she had become at cleaning up after her "medicine." Sadder still was that the rest of her friends could no longer tell the difference between her mask and her actual happiness.
Starfire was jolted suddenly out of her musings.
"Starfire! Comon down for dinner, you know how Robin won't let us eat until you're there too… And I'm starving!" She heard Beast Boy's voice from outside of her door, and an impatient tapping. She took one last look into the mirror and rushed over to the door and made it open with a swoosh, all with a beautifully fake smile on her face.
"It's about time, Star! What were you doing in there?"
"Nothing, friend Beast Boy. Let us go now to dinner!" She said in a chipper tone. How easy it was to deceive.
Author's Note: (yes another one. tragic, isnt it?) Anyways. I hoped you like it. And it might be a while before I update... But the more reviews I get, the faster it will be!
