This is just something I thought up, I didn't really proof read it or anything. And I'm not sure if they would celebrate Christmas or anything. Please read and review, I don't own anything.

Under The Christmas Tree

He didn't know why he bothers to put the Christmas tree up, he was alone, no one to give or receive presents from.

He sat there looking at the lights, red, yellow, orange, green, pink, blue….. 'I'm was so sick of being alone….I miss Obito. A friend like that doesn't come along everyday.'

He sighed and went to go fetch his come come paradise when there was enthusiastic knocking. Kakashi dragged himself to the front door to find the knocking was coming from his ecstatic student, Naruto.

"Nani?"

"Hey! Hey, Kaka-sensei we came to visit you!" Naruto practically shouted. Sakura nodded excitedly holding a blue package with a silver ribbon around it. Kakashi gave a small smile beneath his mask and opened the door wider to let them in.

After sitting down under his tree Naruto started to babble on about the usual, but for some reason Kakashi didn't mind. Sakura just ignored Naruto and smiled at Kakashi as she gave him their gift.

Kakashi opened his gift and his smile grew, the next edition of come come paradise. "Thank you Sakura. I wish I had a gift to give you but…" Sakura cut Kakashi off "It's alright, but we have to go soon, Lee wanted to meet us for dinner." Sakura stood up and hit Naruto over the head silencing him.

Kakashi showed them to the door when it finally clicked. "Hey, Sakura? Your only 13, how did you and Naruto get this book?" Sakura and Naruto stopped mid step, "Uhhh…." Sakura gave Kakashi a nervous smile and hugged him before running off into the street dragging Naruto after her. She disappeared around the corner after she yelled Merry Christmas over her shoulder.

Kakashi closed the door and sighed. 'The kids seemed to be getting on pretty well after Sasuke ran off.' Sitting under the tree he stared into the blue light, smiling at the thought of Sakura's and Naruto's kindness. 'Now friends like that don't come along everyday' He knew now why he put the tree up, he was not alone.

The End.
