Most people don't realize the huge dichotomy that is both life and death.
She does because she's experienced them both in a few of their infinite forms.
Life can be nails against a blackboard and death a manicure with the best hand massage you've ever had. Or the other way around.
But life had something on death. A big something. A very sexy something.
Pointed ears…silken hair…and hands that knew that whimpers could be of pleasure, not pain, and still hurt more than anything.
So she gets life now, gets death. And decides she'd rather choose the former.
