I own nothing.

Yuffie is having even more thoughts on more things.

Yuffie on Sora

When I had first herd of the keyblade master, I pictured a grown man, strong like Squall, or Cloud. Like Vincent used to be. I thought him to be tall, and wise. A skilled fighter. Calm too. Sora wasn't any of these things.

He was just a kid. Younger then me even! He was weak; Squall knocked him out in two blows. He was short, and he seemed to have been dropped on his head as a child. I had to tell him that his giant magical key could open a lock. Pfft. He wasn't very skilled, as he'd nearly died several times in the time I'd known him. All for stupid slip-ups. And he wasn't calm at all. He was mostly silly, or on occasion, he was mad, or sad.

He told me that he came from an island. He told me about the sea, about fish, and whales, and dolphins. About sharks, and coral, and white sand beaches. He talked about the spectacular sunsets. And I listened. It was fascinating to hear about this world, which was such a different one from any I'd been to. (A grand total of 4.) I asked if I could go there some day. He said anything is possible, with a goofy grin. I laughed at the face he made, and he smiled at my laughter. It was a beautiful friendship.

Squall and I fought him, and his animal friends in the coliseum. We lost, and in the end, he defeated Sephiroth. I was proud of him then. I had been jealous for a bit, but it faded when I saw how banged up my friend was. We took him to Arieth she healed him, and Donald, and Goofy. Then they left. This cycle would happen again and again.

One day, he brought a girl with him, and news of his friend Riku. The girl was Kairi, whom Sora had mistaken me for early on. She had been with us in Hollow Bastion. I was happy to see her. However, we learned that Riku had joined the darkness. It was a sad day for Sora, and Kairi, and I felt bad for them.

He loved Kairi. It was easy to see, and later she admitted feelings to him as well. I was happy for them, but they were soon separated, he came back to us, and she was back at her island. He cried for several nights before starting off on another adventure. The heartless were back, you see, and he had to stop it. He left again. I wondered to myself why all my friends seemed to be leaving me.

A new threat appeared. Called the Organization, they were dangerous, and cruel. Sora went to take them on. He didn't come back for a year. I was told that he'd been bewitched by a girl-child named Namine. He lost all memories of Kairi; Namine took her place in his thoughts. It was bad. However, he regained his true memories, and came back again.

When it was over, he tried to get back to his island. It didn't work. He's still trying. And I hear him cry at night.
