30 years later

"Leonard, what in the king's name are you doing?"

"What?" asked Leo surprised.

"Why are you holding that huge knife?" asked our mother.

"Wil gave it to me. And it's not that big." Leo replied.

"William, why did you give Leonard that knife?" now turning to ­­­­­Wil

"Well, one because he wanted it, two because his birthday was yesterday, and when he found the gift you told him to wait until morning." Wil replied abruptly

"You all realize that you all started with the letter W right? And don't worry about the knife Christy, I had one when I was 12." asked Father as he walked in the door.

Our father was 47 and had brown hair dark thick eyebrows and a moustache. Leo was 13 and had was exactly the opposite: blonde hair. Wil was 15 and had Brown hair. Our mother was 47 and had black hair.

"FATHER!" Wil and Leo yelled together.

"Renal." Mother quietly whispered

Our father had been gone to Alagaesia for a business trip for king Verox. Finally after one and a half years of being gone he was home.

Verox, was the king of everything except Alagaesia. He was the most powerful magician in the world.

"Hello, Everybody! How's life been without me?" Dad asked.

"Just fine but a little boring." Replied Leo.

"Ok." Wil said.

"I missed you" was all that mother said.

"I have some news. Its about the king, rumors are going around that he has a dragon."

"A DRAGON?" Wil and Leo Yelled.

"I thought they were just a myth." Leo said.

"A lot of people thought that" Said father.

"And also there is word that Elves are living up north in a place called Du Welenvarden, up past the Hadarac Desert."

"ELVES ALSO!" Wil and Leo yelled again.

"Yes and they are forming a group with the dwarves called the First Alliance, to go against the king." Said father.

"AGAINST THE KING?" Wil and Leo shouted once more.

"Will you two stop yelling!" mother scolded.

"Sorry." Leo said.

Wil was still in a trance from the king having a dragon, elves, and now a group going against the king, that he didn't even hear her.

"Now, don't you two have to do some work in the fields to do?" asked father.

"Oh yes I forgot about those we'll get going. Come on Wil." Leo replied.

"Huh? Oh yea ok." Wil said still half in a trance. As they ran out the door to go into the fields.

As they didn't know Verox cannot age. Therefore making him ruler until somebody put a stop to it.

This would happen in Moons to come.
