I wonder how to create life
I hear men discussing life's organs
I see my experiments laid out
I worry that I shall fail
I want to bring something to life, to be God
I pretend that nothing is wrong
I feel excitement
I touch my inanimate being
I smile at the prospect of bringing it alive
I cry when I am overwhelmed by the job before me
I am Victor Frankenstein
I understand science in the modern world
I say that soon all will be right
I dream of completing my task
I hope it will work
