Ginny was nervous. She knew her mother and father would never in a million years approve of her date, she hadn't meant to fall for him.

She just had.

Once they had got talking to one another lord it had been so natural. Just meant to be.

Pulling the hair pin he had got her for out of its gift box, she smiled.

It truly was beautiful.

Pulling her hair up in to a bun she twisted it and clipped it.

This was a big day for her and her partner.

Looking to her closet, she pulled on the skirt and shirt she had picked out the night before; she checked her reflection one last time before heading down stairs.

This Christmas was going to spent for the Weasley's at the burrow.

The war was over and what seemed the first time in years they could sleep easy in there beds.

Arriving on the bottom floor the festivity's were well under way she saw.

There was music playing softly as her various sibling, a couple now with children or at least a child of there own. She was trhe only one not in wed lock now.

Ron had of course in the end wokje up from being such an idiot and asked Hermione to be his wife. She had said yes to him, but only if he stopped disagreeing with her. He said he would and then they had row about baby names.

Fred and gorerge had had a blind date with Katie and Alicia.

They made a bet for a laugh that they couldn't get at least one of the girls down the isle that day.

To there shock they had got them both down.

"It was only meant to be a laugh," Fred had to his sister but they all knew that there wasn't a thing he wouldn't do for his good lady wife, Alicia.

The first to take to wed had of course been good old Bill. Ron had been so jealous.

"How did he ever get a girl like that?" he had asked.

Fleur was now pregnant with twins, not yet named.

Charlie had got it on with another dragon handler in Romania named Emily, they had a daughter named Elaine now.

Percy was with his Penelope still, and they were very much in love with there son, Phillip a bouncy young boy who was determined in everything he did.

"Just you now Ginny darling," said Molly to her daughter.

At that moment there was a knock on the door.

"I kind of invited my new boy friend, you don't mind do you," she asked.

"No darling, not at all, there is plenty to go round," she said.

"Are you ok with this?" She asked her boy friend.

"Fine, just stay with me?"

"I will." She said and led him in to the living room where her family had congregated.

"Mum, dad, this boy friend, Draco Malfoy.

"You alright?" he muttered.

The family was shocked. Ginny and Malfoy?

"Well does he want one brussel or two!" Mrs Weasley asked.

"Two please," Draco replied.

That had been the right answer.

"Welcome to the family son." Said Arthur.
