Harvest Moon: Rivalry & War

"This is boring."says Jack "How can it be?" asks Rock as the two lay by the creek doing absolutely nothing.
"Well,you wanna have a race?" "Sure." So Rock and Jack raced from the creek to Jack's farm around all 3 of his fields and through the pasture and to the Blue Bar where the loser had to buy drinks.So,as they raced,little did they know that a rivalry was about to begin.
Then as Rock beat Jack to the Blue Bar,Jack had to buy the drinks and the thing that concerned Jack was how could Rock beat him if Jack is an active farmer and a former football star in high school and Rock was just a lazy bum that lived off of his parents and didn't even have a job.As they sipped their drinks,Muffy as usual was trying to flirt with him,Jack,who wasn't into the mood at the time to her to fuck off. Reluctantly,she did.Jack envious that Rock beat him.
So Jack challenged him into a fishing contest and whoever had caught the biggest fish won and the loser had to cook both fishes for dinner.So then Jack caught a Snelt and thought Rock couldn't catch anything bigger than that.Then as Jack was talking trash Rock caught a Big Snelt and won again. Jack was furious! "Ok,then I bet you can't beat me at an eating contest"
sneered Jack as they cut up the fish evenly and ate and finally Jack actually won. Then Jack started rubbing it in. "Uh-huh,
Uh-Huh,I won,I won,you lost,you lost,you suck,I won I--" "Shut the hell up!"shouted Rock"Don't get mad because you lost"
"Whatever."said Rock The next day everyone in town was at The Blue Bar watching the news and it was saying that The Empire of Erica declared war on The United Valleys and that The United Valleys needed more men to serve in their military. That all men between the ages of 17 and 45 were to come and serve into the military. Then the 5-star General cam onto the T.V. and said that they were coming to recruit men in every City,Town,Valley,Forest,Village,and every other place and recruit them.
Then Rock stepped up and said,"I'm going to go over there and fight,so who's with me?" At first there was no answer and then Jack stepped up and said,"I'm with you Rock I'm going over there to fight too!" "Then Marlin said he was coming too,
and Gustafa said whatever and joined too,then they stared at Takakura and he said,"Well,I...I...I...I...I gotta look after the farm and take care of the animals and--" "Don't worry Takakura we could do that for you,why don't you go to the warzone?"said Vesta "Uh,no I can't,I'm too old to fight,and I have uh arthritis and--" "You don't have to go if you don't want to."said Jack 2 weeks later,the Colonel comes and recruits Marlin,Jack,Rock,and Gustafa. Then he has Daryl become one of the Military Scientists. So then Rock says,"Guys the drills should be a breeze.,we're not even going to get deployed.So we still get to stay at home and still get all of the glory.Little did he know,military drills weren't going to be easy.
