Epilogue
Because of his fall, Harry Potter lost more of his memory every day. It wasn't major at first, and wasn't even noticeable, but when Ron Weasley tried to talk to him about the death of their friend, Hermione Granger and Harry didn't know who Ron was talking about, Ron and the rest of the Weasley family decided to take Harry to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries to have him checked out. After several weeks, the healers declared that his memory loss was indeed from the fall which damaged the part of his brain where memories are stored.
The healers then stopped the memory loss from spreading, but all the forgotten memories could not be retrieved. Harry Potter forgot about his dead parents and his dead godfather, as well as his dead love, Hermione. Some people say it was for the better, but others say that it is horrible all the same because he doesn't remember those that he loved who were gone. All that Harry remembers of Hermione is her eyes. But to him she is still his perfect vision of loveliness, even if he doesn't know who she is anymore after thirty years after her death. He shall always remember those eyes and like her epitaph says in a cemetery in Sussex, Always in our hearts, forever in our memory.
