I don't feel like giving much of an preview. It's sad. A one shot. Yaoi, or guys loving other guys. Death. Like I ever write happy things. On with the sadness.
Haru looked at the black sky above him. Things changed. For Haru, everything had lost color. Everything was dark and sad. It had been that way for what felt like forever.
Flashback (I love them, I do.)
Haru watched Kyo close the door. Kyo had been leaving frequently lately, due to his job. The job didn't pay much, and since Haru didn't want to get a job, money was tight
Kyo walked into the small flat that he and Haru shared. They had been together for about two years, enjoying life away from Akito. Haru often yelled at Kyo for not making enough money to live a decent life. Kyo would just smile and say that he was sorry. He'd say that he would try harder. Try to make enough money so they could be comfortable.
Haru was yelling at Kyo one day. It was the last day he saw him.
"Haru, I'm sorry. I'll try harder. I'll make things better for us. Just wait a little while. Okay?" Kyo said softly, as he pulled Haru into an embrace.
"Get off me! You always say that things will change. But they never do! I don't even know why I'm with you. If I was with Yuki, things would have been a lot better than this! And I wouldn't be looked down on for being with a monster!" Haru paused to look down at Kyo. He was shaking as tears fell down his face.
"Kyo, I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean that! I l-love you Kyo! You know that. R-right? Kyo, please talk to me!" Haru said worriedly.
"Your right. You should be with Yuki. He'll treat you better than I ever could. I'm sorry Haru. You deserve more. So much more. You shouldn't be with a monster like me." Kyo choked out.
"Kyo! Don't say that. It's not true. I just got mad. I love you. K-Kyo?"
Kyo took Haru's outstreched hands. He set them down to Haru's sides.
"I'm going out. I'll be back, okay?" Kyo said, tears now freely flowing from his eyes.
"Kyo..." But Kyo was already gone.
Haru flipped through the channles on the small tv. He couldn't find anything of intrest, so he just settled on the news.
"We'll be right back after a few words from our sponsers."
Haru looked up at the clock.
"Hmm. 12:00. I hope Kyo's alright." He said as he entered the kitchen.
He was looking for something to eat when a few words from the tv picked up his intrerest.
"A young man, around 18, was found violently shot to death. Police are still looking for suspects."
Haru stared in shock as he saw a picture of Kyo. Three shot wounds were in his chest. Blood covered the street where he was laying.
"K-kyo. N-no. K-kyo d-don't leave me. I-I love you." Haru said as his body shook with loud sobs.
End flashback.
Haru prowled the streets. The very same streets where Kyo died. He was on a mission. To find the one who killed Kyo.
Kyo had been dead for about four mounths. Yuki was very upset by Kyo's death. He had always loved Kyo. He was mad at Haru for a year when he found out that Kyo was him.
"Damn Yuki. Where are you? Your late."
"I'm right here. Let's go" Yuki said as he handed Haru a gun.
Both boys swore that they would get revenge for Kyo. They swore they would find the killer. They did. The killer was another Sohma. A Sohma that deeply hated Kyo.
And the two boys held their guns behind their jackets. Ready to avenge their the beautiful soul once known as Kyo Sohma.
