Fireworks
Summery: Sparks will fly, literally
Authors note: Yay, I'm back and so is my terribly fluffy stories.

New years eve was approaching quickly and Leo and Piper had decided to take a holiday. They headed to the harbour and stayed in a hotel overlooking the water.
"Wow, It's beautiful" Piper said.
"Not as beautiful as you" Leo said sweetly
They packed their stuff away and sat down at the table.
"Where do you want to go?" Leo asked
"How about a walk around the harbour before the fireworks?" Piper said
"Of course" Leo said, his eyes sparkling
He held out his hand as she took it gratefully. They left the hotel and started walking around. The stars sparkled like a million tiny diamonds illuminating the beautiful scenery.
They walked for hours taking in the sights and watching people prepare for the fireworks. They walked past a man selling roses and Leo couldn't resist walking over to buy Piper some. He walked up to the man and said:
"As many roses as you've got." Leo said
"Wow, who's the lucky lady?" The guy asked
"Look around for the most beautiful woman you can find" Leo said
The man looked behind Leo and spotted a woman with brown hair in a stunning evening dress.
"That would be her. Then?" the man said pointing to Piper.
"Yes!" Leo said, his voice glowing with pride.
"Here you go." The man said
"How much?" Leo asked
"Free," the man said simply
"Why?"
"Because I haven't seen a man so completely in love for a while" the man said and Leo walked away
Back at the manor Phoebe was walking through the kitchen when she noticed a necklace that Leo had given piper. She picked it up, intending to put it away when she was thrown into a premonition. The scene flashed past so fast she barely registed what she saw but she did see Piper in a dress and Leo in front of her on bended knee. The premonition ended and Phoebe ran upstairs to find Prue.
Phoebe ran into the attic and found Prue looking through the Book of Shadows.
"Prue, Prue, Guess what I saw on Pheebe TV?" Phoebe said
"Um, I don't know enlighten me" Prue said
"I saw Leo proposing to Piper!" Phoebe screamed
"About time, he said he was going to do it soon." Prue said
"What? You knew?" Phoebe said
"Um, No. Forget I said anything!" Prue said
Back at the harbour
Leo walked back over to Piper and handed her the roses.
"Oh, Leo, they're beautiful" She said
"Look closer" He said
Piper looked again and noticed a red box in the middle of the roses. She opened it to find a diamond ring.
"Oh my god!" she screamed, causing people to stop and stare.
"Piper," Leo began
"The first time I met you I knew that you were the girl for me. Even the florist thinks so. Every time I see you I love you even more, you're so beautiful, and your so special, will you marry me?"
"No." Piper said (just kidding, these stories are all just so predictable, not that there's anything wrong with that)
"Of course! I love you!" Piper said
Piper and Leo stood and hugged. They broke apart and looked into each others eyes and moved in for a passionate kiss. As their lips touched the New Years timer reached zero and the fireworks went off in the background going unnoticed by the couple.
They headed back to their hotel and grabbed all their stuff and orbed back to the manor.
Phoebe and Prue ran into the lounge room and shared a group hug.
Leo took Pipers hand and led her upstairs to celebrate New Years in their own special way.
