The Battle Against Racism
Libby woke up to hear a bunch of unfamiliar voices. She opened her eyes and they went wide with horror. She was tied up on a table and the KKK stood around her. She tried to wiggle free, but it was no use.
The KKK attached straps to her ankles and wrists that were hooked up to an electric generator. The KKK pulled a switch and an overwhelming amount of electrcity surged through Libby's body. She screamed in unbearable agony. After several seconds, when it was turned off, Libby made several loud gasps for breath, because the pain had taken her breath a way.
Next, the KKK presented a whip with pieces of glass super-glued to it and whipped her bare abdomen for several minutes.
Finally, the KKK doused her entire body in gasoline and set her on fire. Libby saw her entire life flash before her eyes.
She woke up with a start and sat straight up in your own bed. It had all just been a dream. At that moment, Libby realized how lucky she had been. She would never take her freedom for granted again.
