Naruto is the most awesome I have ever watched. I've taped every episode so far. I always think about couples in the show, but by far, my favorite is SasukexNaruto, both very determined to be the best. Here's a little oneshot with Sasuke and Naruto talking on the way back to Tazuna's, the bridge builder, house. Little fluff and cute talking with little fighting.
Story start:
"Hhhhuhhuhhhu!" Naruto's hard breathing sounded above the trees.
"Let's go back!" Sasuke said. They were both sitting on the highest branches of the trees.
"All right!" Naruto agreed, smiling.
They both jumped off the trees and landed on the ground.
"Uh...oowwww!" Naruto yelled, falling over.
"Naruto, are you alright?" Sasuke asked walking over to him and putting out his hand.
"Yeah, thanks Sasuke! Oops! Ah!" Naruto moaned and Sasuke caught him as he almost fell again. Susuke put Naruto's arm around his neck and once again pulled him to his feet. "Do you think you can walk?" Sasuke asked.
"No, I don't think so!" Naruto answered, meekly as Sasuke pulled him up closer. "Uhmm..." Naruto blushed as Sasuke pulled Naruto's face close to his own. Sasuke looked at him, confused.
"What's wrong?" he asked. He suddenly noticed their closeness and looked away. "Sorry, Naruto."
"Hn, hmm, it's alright, Sasuke! I don't mind being close!" Naruto said playfully, nuzzling into the crook of Sasuke's neck.
"Uhhhh, hmmm!" Sasuke smiled fondly. "You know, you're catching up, but are still not as good as me, Naruto!"
"Hmm, hey, I know, I just try to look better to impress Sakura!" Naruto said. "But it never works, she likes you too much."
"Well, if it makes you feel better, I don't like her that way!" Sasuke said, looking back at Naruto.
"I've known that she likes you since the day we were put into groups." Naruto said. "I transformed into you to see why Sakura didn't like me and I understood why I liked her so much!"
"I wondered why you transformed into me, it wasn't to get back at me at all!" Sasuke said.
"No, I was just curious! Sorry." Naruto said. Sasuke stopped walking, set Naruto down and sat next to him. "I forgive you."
They were both quiet for a while. Naruto glanced over at Sasuke and their eyes met. "Remember the first of advanced ninja class. When we accidentally...!" Sasuke started but was stopped short by Naruto placing his own lips on his. Naruto started to move away, but Sasuke pulled him back. Naruto's eyes widened but slowly slid shut. Sasuke deepened the kiss when Naruto opened his mouth. Sasuke's tongue went into Naruto's mouth, teasing his tongue and going to his throat. Naruto moaned and Sasuke smiled into the kiss. They broke apart, gasping for air.
"Wow, awe...awesome, Sas...Sasuke!" Naruto said.
"Heh, well, we better get back, Sakura and the others must be worried." Sasuke said, standing up then pulling Naruto up and put Naruto's arm around his shoulder to support him. With that, they both went on their way.
