A/N: I thought about this story back when Sara found out that Michael was married. To me it looked like she couldn't believe it. One shot.

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

State of Disbelief

Sara Tancredi didn't know what to believe anymore. In just the few weeks he has been at Fox River, Michael Scofield was getting to her. There were things about him that were still mysterious, a part of her wanted to know, a part of her didn't.

" The mystery that is Michael Scofield," Sara thought, " There is something about him that makes me want to know more, but why has he been lying to me?"

Sara just looked around the office, Michael would be there any minute for his insulin shot. Sara knwe she had feelings for him, but she fought it after what she discovered, Michael was married and that was not about to change. A part of here felt heartache and confusion, Michael could of mentioned it, but he didn't.

" Doctor," one of the CO's said knocking on the office door, " Scofield's here."

" Thanks," Sara said.

The CO then left and a few seconds later Sara left the office and headed down the hallway to where Michael was.

" I wanted him to talk to me before," Sara thought, " I would help him if he would only let me, but he doesn't seem to want my help."

Confusion and mixed emotions flowed through her mind, not knowing the truth seemed to hurt her. Was she actually determined to discover the truth? What else was there to discover? There was plenty and maybe in time, she would discover more.

Michael in the meantime thought of some things himself, it was the plan that made him have more problems then he could handle at times.

" Hopefully months of planning was not about to go out the door," Michael thought, " The plan to get into Fox River and save Lincoln took careful research and time. Time is important."

It seemed at times Michael could say anything to Sara, but he couldn't ruin the plan, it was just too important.

" I have to believe that this will work," Michael thought, " Even though the many flaws that has already happened, hopefully nothing else will go wrong."
