A/N: This is my first fanfic. There really isn't much point to it besides showing that there sometimes is no point to some days. All reviews are accepted and I will read all reviews, flames or not. Anyway, I hope everyone that reads this will enjoy it.

Rainy Days

It was raining. The droplets of water splattered on the windows, blurring the image of the outside world. Sakura stared out from the living room as a sigh escaped her. She turned off the t.v. and threw her arms up into the air.

"It's so boring! There is nothing to do at my house."

Syaoran, who was sitting on the opposite end of the couch, momentarily lowered the book he was reading to stare at her. He lifted an eyebrow up.

"Well, what do you want to do?"

Sakura turned to stare back at him. She had thought of countless activities but all of them had to do with the outdoors. She didn't like it when she was trapped inside her own home with nothing to do but sit down and read a book or watch t.v. Especially when there was nothing good on. Even Kero was fine with the rain since he was always playing video games upstairs. Sakura inched over to Syaoran until she was right next to him.

"I have no idea Shaolan. I wish we didn't have to spend all day indoors."

She rested her head on Syaoran's shoulder as he closed his book and set it onto the table in front of them.

"I'm fine with just sitting here next to you. You don't always have to be doing something Sakura."

Sakura sighed again as she closed her eyes and her breathing evened out. The pitter-patter of the rain was beating a steady rhythm that lulled her slowly towards sleep. Syaoran smiled and placed an arm around her shoulder. He could also feel his eyelids drooping after a couple hours of reading. He placed his head on hers and closed his eyes.

"There are just days meant to do nothing but be with the ones you love."

Sakura smiled as she snuggled closer to him. There were pointless days filled with boredom and nothing to do. But, as Sakura succumbed to sleep, she knew that as long as she was with Syaoran, it didn't matter.
