Summary: Percy always knew Lucius had a soft part.

Author's Notes: One of my friends thought that hurt/comfort would be a nice thing for this pairing, so I thought, why not. I wanted Percy to be the strong one in this one. Sorry for the ooc Lucius. And it's up to you decide what's gotten Lucius like this.

Percy always knew Lucius had a soft part. That was the reason for him to continue being with him. Percy knew that sooner or later Lucius would show his weak side to him, even if it would be by accident. When that time came, the redheaded boy was with the blond man. There were no words, only two wizards sitting on a bed in the Malfoy Manor. Percy had his arms around Lucius. It was the only thing he could do for a man who always had his eyes on him; the only one who ever cared about his ministry career. It was only a way to show that Lucius had someone to show his weaker side to. Even if the weakness would be temporary, Percy was glad to see it. It showed that Lucius was a mere human like everyone else. It gave the redhead a reason to stand beside the blond man and take the pain.

"Nothing will make me turn around now," Percy whispered to himself as he closed his eyes. He knew Lucius heard him, even if the man didn't look up. He was silent the whole time.

Percy didn't know what had caused Lucius to break down, but he didn't care. He didn't ask the reason, because it wasn't his business to know. If Lucius wanted to tell him, he would listen. But the redhead knew that the Malfoy wouldn't start talking about his problems to a mere Weasley. They would never be as close as Percy would want them to be. He would only be there for Lucius and for himself. Percy would comfort the man who couldn't show his weakness to others.

Broken ice always froze back to normal. The same would happen with Lucius. The next day everything would be back to normal. Percy didn't care. He would stay with the man he loved. Stay next to Lucius Malfoy, where he belonged to.
