Title: I'm All Yours
It was a normal quiet day in the Hyperion and Angel was whistling a tune as he came down the stairs. He was about to go to the kitchen to get some blood when he heard the faint sound of a muffled laugh. Angel stopped dead in his tracks, thinking that his ears were playing tricks on him but a few moments later, he heard the laughter again, stronger this time. He tried to pinpoint the source of the sound and was surprised to find that it was coming out from Wes' office.
He knew Cordelia was out and that Gunn was with his gang so there wouldn't be anyone else with him, unless there was a visitor that Angel wasn't aware of. Angel walked towards the office and leaned his ear on the door. It sounded like Wesley was talking to someone but his voice was muffled so Angel couldn't make out what he was saying, even with his vampiric hearing. Angel knew what he was doing was wrong, that he was violating Wesley's privacy, but he couldn't help feeling curious about who he was talking to at the other side of the door. Unable to deal with the suspense any longer, Angel knocked.
The sounds stopped. It became quiet for some time that Angel was going to knock again but just in time, Wesley's voice said "Come in."
Angel opened the door and walked into the office to finally see Wesley with... himself. There was no one else there. Angel eyed the object on the table and understood.
"Were you on the phone, Wes?"
Wesley eyed the phone beside him and looked back at Angel, "No, Angel, I don't believe I was."
Then Angel didn't understand. So he frowned. "Was there anyone else in here, Wesley?"
"No, Angel." Wesley said. He stood up from behind the desk and gave him a concerned look, "Angel, are you ok? Did something happen?"
"No, I just thought - I heard - were you laughing earlier?"
"No, why would I be? Are you sure you're ok? This might be something-"
"Ah, never mind, Wes. It's probably nothing. Well, I'll let you get back to... whatever you were doing." With that Angel slowly retreated out of the office and closed the door.
Wesley looked at the inanimate door for a few moments before sitting down again. He put his head in his hands and let out a small sigh. Then he chuckled. Suddenly the sound of someone clearing their throat was heard. He looked up and smiled at the person in front of him.
"Angel's still as daft as ever."
"Did you really have to do those bunny ears? I had to pinch myself to keep from even smiling so that Angel wouldn't be suspicious."
"Oh? My poor Wes' got a little bruise. Come here and let me kiss it good for you."
Wesley's smile got wider as he got up from behind the desk and towards the embrace of the other man.
"Mmm. It's still amazing that I'm able to touch you though and no one else can. And see you too."
"Not complainin' now are you?"
"Oh, of course not. Cordelia's got her own personal ghost, why can't I?"
"Exactly."
The two people danced to the peaceful silence for some time before Wesley stopped and leaned his head on the other man's shoulder.
"Call me selfish, Doyle, but I don't ever want to share you. I don't want them to know."
Doyle smiled at his lover's words and resumed their slow dance. "Don't worry, luv. I'm all yours."
