Summary: it has been three whole nights since Yoh laid asleep in the dark, isolated room of Anna's. Will she have a chance to reveal her feelings for him… before he falls into a never-ending sleep?
Anna's POV
Here in this dark isolated room… here lies my beloved shaman king, whom I waited for to open his eyes and see his charming smile once again. But then, how long will I wait? How long will he stay unconscious? 3 months? 5? A year? Or maybe… forever? No… not forever, I can't live without him forever…
Someone's POV
In the dark room of Anna, in her bed lies Yoh, the Shaman King, Anna's most loved fiancée. It's been 3 whole nights since he lay unconscious after his fight with his evil twin brother, Hao. He had sacrificed his life for his friends, no... Not only his friends but for the whole world. He was about to pass away but with Anna's, yes, Anna's undying love, she was able to share her powers for him. "I'll give anything, just don't leave me." I heard her saying that very day. For the first time in my life, I saw tears falling down from Anna's cold eyes. The Ice Queen, as everyone calls her, had not let her frozen ice melt by the strongest man in the country, nor by the darkest witch in the kingdom… but by the person whose kindness had defeated the most villainous person in the world… that is, none other than… Yoh Asakura.
I can't bear it… looking at the two lovers as one waits for the awakening of her groom, while the other, not knowing that his princess sat beside him, waiting patiently for his return. As I peek through the small opening of the door, the sight moves me to pity. I came in, and try to comfort the Ice Queen; she looked at me, tears falling straight from her eyes again. AGAIN? Yes, again. I welcome her warmly in case she finds comfort from me. 'My angel, my best friend, just wait him, I know he'll come to be with you again.' "I'm waiting…" I heard her say. I saw her coming close to her groom, wrapping her slender arms around his body. Her soft lips touched his, while holding his soft hand. I feel like time has stopped, for it took several minutes before their bodies had parted. "I'm waiting Yoh…" I heard her say once more. "I always am…"
That was her final words before tears fell from her eyes once again.
