She had never been noticed.
You would think, with her auburn hair, slender build, and kind nature, she would attract the boys like flies to fly paper. There was one problem however, she loved only Him. Only He could save her from the misery of neglect that she put on herself. Knowing that He existed, knowing that He was the One, made her heart soar. He was privileged, had the proverbial silver spoon shoved down his throat from the time of his birth. Yet all he wanted was Her. She passed by him everyday. Her scent lingered after she had long left. Never had he possessed these feelings for another.
All the others he was associated with was nothing compared to Her. Nevertheless, he could do nothing. Being involved with her was marking her with a seal of death. This seal could be devastating to her and her family; this seal could kill her and everything that encompassed her with one decisive blow.
All that could protect her was his imaginary hatred for her family. So with his thoughts second and her safety first, he watched and loved from afar.

She nodded and treasured the words spoken to her, hearing his voice was all she needed. She walked with her head held high.
He looked after her with his eyes stabbing her with daggers. Yet, these daggers never were real. All an act to keep her safe, it was a safety net for her that would confirm to all others his revulsion for her.
As their exchange ended, they turned and went their respected ways.
As Draco Malfoy looked backwards, his words were carried away by the other noise in the halls.
"I love you Ginny Weasley."
And as Ginny Weasley passed her brother's foe, she could not help but mutter, "I would die for you Draco."
