"Mom I really don't want to baby-sit Lucy" Rory Gilmore said.

"Please I need alone time with my hubby" Lorelai Gilmore replied.

"What are we supposed to do with a 4 year old kid" I asked.

"I don't care you don't have to do anything you can make out for all I care just make sure she doesn't blow up the house" Lorelai said.

"Fine" Rory and I said. Lorelai hugged Rory and pat my shoulder then left the house.

Rory walked upstairs to find Lucy I stood there kind of starring a little. Well she has a really nice ass. When Rory came back down Lucy was in her arms and covered in red lipstick.

"Help" Rory begged.

"She's your sister" I said.

"She's your cousin" Rory tried.

"Oh well "I smirked.

Rory and I dated in high school and we got back together about 5 years ago after I convinced her to go to Yale. Last year my mom gave me my grandmother's engagement ring. I've been carrying it around with me for months now I just can't work up the courage to ask her. Rory came out of the bathroom Lucy was all clean but she looked a little scared.

"Logan called me" she said.

"What" I asked.

"He called left a message" she said "he said he's back in the states and wants to talk."

"We hate him right" Lucy said.

"Yeah Luce we hate him" Rory told her.

"Are you ok" I asked.

"Fine let's go get ice cream" Rory suggested.

We got our ice cream then went to the bridge. It was hot out and sticky. After Rory finished her ice cream I picked her up. I swung her a few times just to listen to her scream then threw her into the lake. Lucy jumped in after her and I followed Lucy. While we were in the lake some guy stole Rory's purse.

"Hey come back here" Rory yelled. I got out and started chasing the guy. Lucy and Rory followed far behind. I jumped on the guy's back and brought him down. I grabbed the purse and he got away but the purse was already emptied.

"I have $500 and 2 credit cards and my license and my ID for work in my wallet" Rory panicked.

"Come on" I started running but he was gone "Damn it."

"Call the cops" Lucy suggested.

I took out my cell from my jacket pocket and Rory put her hand into my pocket noticing that there was still something in there. She took out the small box and opened it carefully.

"Oh my god" she breathed.

"Might as well do this now" I bent down.

"Oh my god" she repeated.

"Rory Gilmore will you marry me" I asked.

She smiled "Yes!"

I stood up and kissed her.

Lucy ran into the house "Guess what mommy"

"What" Lorelai asked.

"Rory's getting married" Lucy spilled.

"Finally" Luke said "You've been carrying that thing around for months what made you decide to do it now."

"Rory found the ring in his pocket" Lucy sang.

"Smooth" Lorelai laughed.

"Guess what else mommy" Lucy smiled.

"What" Lorelai asked.

"I hired Kirk to steal Rory's purse and she didn't even try to get it back after she found the ring she just smiled a lot" Lucy imitated Rory's glowing smile perfectly.
