Okay, so this is the most pointless, fluffiest, shortrandom piece of drabble I think I've ever written or seen...But I can't get this scenario out of my head unless I write it down or something. So here goes. By the way this is a Ryomax(any of the seigaku regulars) story. Personally I picture the other person being either Fuji or Eiji...maybe Momo(> eventhough I don't like momoxryoma much)...and maybe Tezuka too.

New Years Tradition

"Nani, Echizen?"
"Did you know in America they have a tradition that they do at midnight?"

As the older boy closed his eyes Ryoma became a little nervous.

Yet, was this an opportunity he could pass up on?

The seconds were running out.

Ryoma took a deep breath and leaned towards the other boy, his face nearing the other's.

Ryoma closed his eyes as his lips touched the other's. It was a brief and chaste kiss, barely lasting a few seconds, but Ryoma put his love into it.
HAPPY NEW YEARS!
The other boy slowly blinked his eyes and simply looked at Ryoma curiously; trying to get a grip as to what had just happened. Ryoma's face was flushed a rosy color and his eyes was looking at everything except him. A small grin spread on his face as he called Ryoma's name. When Ryoma answered without looking up he took his hand and guided Ryoma's face to face him.
"Happy New Years, Ryoma." he said softly, then immediately proceeded to lean towards Ryoma for another kiss.
