Twenty years ago, I met her.
Twenty years to this day exactly.
The moment I saw that gorgeous hair and sparkeling eyes, I think I fell in love.
And at that moment, I knew. I knew I would do anything for her.
Anything, including what I did the entire time I knew her, until last night.
I knew that I would put her before myself. Before my desires.
But yesterday, I finally lost it.
I put myself before her.
And you know what? I'm glad I did.
Because it turned out that she wanted it too.
But that still doesn't change the promise I have made to myself; the promise I voiced to her for the first time last night.
I still will do anything for her.
Because I love her.
Anything.
