one character that is an inanimate object. up to you whether it is animate in the story.
somebody lip-synching to music with a hairbrush (the more unlikely the better :D)

Disclaimer: I own nada. I don't even own the plot, really. Seeing as it's a challenge.

Butler sat in his room, trying as hard as he could to play the tuba. It was a fairy tuba, and it was extremely difficult. Especially since it kept yelling at him.

"Hey, moron!" It shouted. "Would you cut it out? You're terrible!" The tuba jumped out of his hand and ran away.

Butler sighed. He would never be able to impress his secret love. Then it came to him.

That night was Karaoke Night at Blue Sparks, the hottest night club in Haven. Holly had invited Butler and Artemis, who eagerly accepted.

At that moment, a blue spotted fish was dancing and singing "Just The Girl" by The Click Five. People were laughing and dancing. Holly and Artemis were dancing together.

Butler looked around and, after several moments, spotted him. Chix Verbal. Sitting alone in a booth.

Butler grinned. He was alone. That meant he was available.

The fish ended his song, and Butler jumped onto the stage, grabbing a hairbrush. "I want to sing a song." He said. "For the most amazing fairy I know…"

Everyone looked at Holly.

"Chix Verbal."

Holly and Artemis looked at him. "EWWW!" They said in unison.

The music started, and Butler began shaking his ass and lip-synching to the song "Don't Cha" by the Pussycat Dolls.

"Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me? Don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me? Don't cha. Don't cha. Don't cha wish your girlfriend was raw like me? Don't cha wish your girlfriend was fun like me? Don't cha. Don't cha."

"EWWW!" Screamed Holly and Artemis together.

Butler continued dancing and lip-synching, forcing himself not to look at Chix until the song ended. When it did, he looked over at his love.

Chix was frozen in his seat, staring up at Butler. Finally, he spread his wings and flew up to Butler's eye level. "Do you really feel that way?" He asked.

"EWWW!" Cried Holly and Artemis.

"Yes, Chix. I do." Butler replied.

"EWWW!"

Chix smiled, then leaned forward and kissed Butler.

"EWWW!" Holly and Artemis fainted in horror.
