Going undercover

The story takes place somewhere around MMZ 1

The scene is at Neo Arcadia base. There in a small meeting room, you can see Copy X pacing left to right while his subjects (Harpuira, Leviathan, Fafnir, and Phantom) watch intently, waiting for there next mission.
Then cop X sighs and says "Isn't there any way we can defeat Zero and the resistance? We send all of our best troops and he manages to retire every single one without barely scratching himself! Any ideas?"
Fafnir blurts "I say we swarm their base and siege them!"
"Na, we tried that. Next..."
"How about a sneak attack?" Leviathan suggests
"Again, we tried that too many times... Harpuia, your my best general, I'm sure you have am Idea."
The other three generals cringe from hearing that last statement.
"I say we just spy on the Resistance till we can get a good idea of Zero's weakness"
"Ha ha. There's no way Master X will agree to-"
"Brilliant!" shouts copy X "it's so simple, it's ingenious!"
"Wha!" Phantom says in disbelief
"So, how are we going to make this work?" Copy X asks Harpuia excitedly
"Well, we can send one of our men in disguise, have them befriend him and when the weakness is exposed, he can report back secretly"
Fafnir says boringly "What? No killing? That's no fun!"
"You did it again Harpuia! Brilliant! I'll keep you in charge of the mission."
Harpuia then responds "As you wish Master X, I'll go get one of my henchmen ready"
"What? When I said you're in charge, I mean you to go into their base"
"Me? Surely you're not serious Master X... They'll know for sure that it is I..."
"Not with a little make up"
"Eh?"
"I'm sending you two humans to fix you up. I want you to be ready in two days"
"Ah... yes sir!"
"Alright! The meeting is dismissed!"
As copy X leaves the room, Harpuia is still sitting, starring blankly to the ceiling.
"Good luck Harpuia! We'll be cheering for you!" leviathan sarcastically says to Harpuia, and then leaves the room
"Yep, same here, good luck man" Fafnir then leaves the room
"Well, you know what they say? You reap what you sow." then Phantom leaves the room
"This isn't how it supposes to be...(sigh)... why me?"
