Hermione smoothed down the soft material of her wedding dress. She looked into the mirror and smiled, she just couldn't believe it. She looked over her shoulder at Ginny who was being fussed over by her mother. Ginny's red hair made a sharp contrast to the sky blue bridesmaid dress she was wearing.
Ginny would be next, Neville had proposed to her two weeks ago. She had tried to keep it a secret so as not to take any of the attention from Hermione's wedding, but Hermione finally beat it out of her.
Luna stood next to Hermione and looked herself over in the mirror, "I hope no Griggy Pops show up. Large celebrations seem to attract them, you know."
Hermione laughed lightly, "Trust me, none of those will show up, we made sure to defend against them." Luna smiled serenely and went over to talk to Ginny. Hermione was glad she had Luna as a bridesmaid because she definitely alleviated some of the stress Hermione had been feeling.
Fleur stepped up behind her, "It is lovely, no?"
"It is absolutely perfect," Hermione replied speaking of the dress that Fleur had designed for Hermione's wedding.
"And all ze flowers and ze reception are prepared?"
"Yes, everything is going smoothly," Hermione said hoping that everything was truly going ass smooth as she thought they were.
"Are you nervous dear," Molly asked as she came up behind Hermione and began to fuss over her.
"A little," Hermione admitted, "but it's alright, really."
"Oi, Fred!" Ron shouted bustling over to his brother. "I've got them," Ron pulled two silver rings from his pocket.
Relief flooded Fred's face and clapped his brother on the shoulder, "Good job mate."
"Told you he was good for something," Harry had come up behind Ron, slid his arm around Ron's waist and settled his chin in the crook of his neck.
Fred laughed, "I'm still not sure about that." Ron reached out and punched his brother in the shoulder. "You little git," Fred laughed and pulled Ron into a headlock.
George jumped in and pulled Ron's arms behind his back, "I've got him for you Fred."
They continued play fighting for another ten minutes until Arthur finally broke it up. "Will you all please, stop? Look at you," Arthur surveyed his sons who were looking quite disheveled. "Fred, you are getting married in about five minutes and you're a wreck. Straighten yourselves up." The boys laughed but followed Arthur's orders anyways.
"I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride," they assembly cheered raucously at these words. Fred grabbed Hermione and leaned her into a dip laying a passionate kiss onto her lips. When Fred finally let Hermione stand up straight she brushed back her hair and blushed furiously.
Fred laughed in the easy way he always had and planted a chaste kiss on Hermione's lips, "Now, Mrs. Weasley you need to lighten up."
"Whatever you say Mr. Weasley," she laughed kissing Fred once more.
Author's Note: I do not own these characters, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Anyways, just a cute Fred/Hermione fic, I seem to be on a bit of a binge. Oh well, reviews are love. T.T.F.N. Ta-ta-for-now. Edited so that scene breaks appear.
