Broken Hearts

Chapter 1
It was a beautiful fall morning in New York. But not for Jenna Mclone. She sat in bed in her little apartment crying. The night before she caught her boyfriend sleeping with another women. Then at one oclock in the morning she got a call from her brother saying that their sister had pasted away early last night. Jenna felt like her life was falling apart.
She decided that she that she would get up and get ready for work. So she went to her closet and put on a pair of blue jeans with a sky blue tank top and over that she put on a light blue blouse. She then went into the kitchen were she found her boyfriend eating a bowl of cereal. Pretending nothing happened last night.
What are you doing here? she asked feeling the anger rising .
What do you mean ? I live here. he said with confusion in his voice.
No you don't. Not anymore. She said feeling like she might cry.
What are you talking about?
You no what i'm talking about. Now get out. She screamed
No you get out. I'm the one who pays the rent! He screamed
LEAVE ME ALONE ! She screamed with tears in her eyes.
He than got up and began to walk out. But before he turned around and said "you have two weeks to pack up and leave. Were over". He than turned and left.
Shazza stood there shocked that he just broke up with her instead of her breaking up with him. After five minutes of being in shock she decided to call in sick and go house hunting. She grabbed her purse and car keys. And went to her car. She owned a silver, 2005 ferrari f430 convertible. She hoped in and was driving down to the store when her cell phone rang. "Hello" She said.
"Hello miss Mclone. I have some bad news." Said a women on the other end.
"Great more bad news. Just what i needed." She muttered rolling her eyes. "Well what is it." She asked the women
Well miss Mclone you see your being let go. I'm sorry. The women than hung up.
Just perfect. First my boyfriend then my sister now this. What did i ever do to deserve this. She asked to no one in particular.I'll just go and try to find another job i guess.
She got to the store and picked up some stuff most of it junk food and a newspaper. She went bck to her car and opened the newspaper striaght to the job area. She decided she wanted a job that was out of town so her now ex-boyfriend could never find her.
But the only out of town job was some guy looking for a housekeeper.
"Its better than nothing" She thought aloud to her self.
She went back to the apartment and phoned the guys number. Two rings was all it took for the guy to answer. He sounded like he was half asleep when he said hello.
"Hi. I saw you had a job in the paper for a housekeeper. I was wondering if it was still avalible.
" Yeah it is. You want it. He asked surprised.
"Yeah i would."she said happily.
"Ok well i'll pay you six hundred a month and you can stay at the cabin with me." He said really excided.
" Um ok were abouts do you live in Tashmore lake.
He gave her directions to the house and then there was an silence whick was broken by Mort asking " how soon can you start miss Mclone."
"In about a week if thats ok".
"Oh yeah thats fine. See you in a week.
"Yeah bye" She than hung up and started dancing around.
Mort on the other hand just smiled and went back to writing.
Will they fall in love at first site or will hate each other at first site.
