Back In Black
Everyone knows that Sean Cameron leaves Degrassi. He stays on Wasaga beach with his parents, leaving Ellie with an apartment filled with his things, bills and more importantly alone. She rides home with Jay and my fan fiction is all about what think she's thinking on the ride home and for the next two days.
Ellie sat in the car, aimlessly waiting, watching Sean's parents get smaller and smaller then finally disappear in the distance. She was at the point of crying. She didn't know why but she expected Sean to appear and wave down the car and come back to Degrassi with her. Jay saw her but he didn't say anything. Ellie expected him to laugh, tease or point her out to the other passengers but he just turned away. She was still expecting him. Ellie started to cry silently. No one said anything. It was like a funeral in there. Jay had lost his best friend, and Ellie had lost the love of her life.
When she got home she just drug herself to bed and cried. Why did he have to stay? She knew it was his guilt for killing another human being. But wasn't Rick going to kill someone else? She felt like it was Emma's fault. Why not someone else, he had to save her. She wanted so bad to blame Emma but she knew it wasn't her fault. "There's counselors in Degrassi," she murmured to herself, "he could have got counseling…" She cried herself to sleep.
"Sean, why? Stay with me please!" He walked away. "Sean! Sean! Come Back!" she cried. "Sean Come Back!" She woke with a start. D it! She thought about it when she was awake, she dreamed about it when she slept. He was always on her mind. He probably always would be. She looked at the clock, 2:30. "I should go back to sleep." She lay back down and tried to sleep. But she had the dream again. Ellie needed someone to talk to, that she could share her secrets with without worrying about it being all over the school the next day. She needed her mom and that scared her.
The next day she got up and went back to school. She saw Jay give a peculiar look. She looked back and entered school. There she saw Ashley, her best friend. Ellie knew she could confide in Ashley but she was ready to admit that Sean wasn't coming back. "Hi El, why the long face." " No reason just a bad weekend." Ellie said staring off into space. "Where's Sean?" Ashley said getting Ellie's attention. "He's…" she started to tell. "He's around." The bell rang and they went t class. Ellie tried not to think about Sean, but in the back of her mind, she wanted Sean back.
