He figured out a while ago that life was not something to be taken for granted. His years as a cop taught him that. And now he is back in the city he swore he'd never come back to. But now he's here. The inside of a church is nothing new. He has been to funerals before…none have hurt as much as this one.
Afternoon has fallen over the city of Baltimore. Outside, it rains. The church doors open, and he walks out, bearing with five others the casket of a beloved leader…one that none of them will soon forget.
