Glerm wasn't the type of man to take a direct approach in a fight, but he did love the thrill of a fight. Glerm had three loves and nothing more. Beer, which he regularly could be found in some of the finest taverns in all of Azeroth. Fighting, which again, he could be found doing in taverns across the world. And lastly, stealing. He had stolen almost everything he had.

It started when he was just a small boy in Stormwind city. He was running around the city, trying to get to the orphanage in the Cathedral District. As he ran to get back before the sisters discovered he had left even though they told him not to go to old town. Glerm couldn't help it, the SI-7 had been using him to get messages all across the city and he couldn't be late. Today was the day they were going to start teaching him to be a rogue. As he ran threw the canals, he saw the bridge to get to the orphanage. Unfortunately he saw someone that could be very bad for him. Talistal, another boy from the orphanage who left a year ago to become a warrior.

Glerm saw that he had become extremely large, muscles had come up everywhere, along with a share of scars. Tal and Glerm had never been friends, more like bitter rivals. Everything they did was a competitions, no matter if it was fishing or a race to get away from the dwarfs after stealing a hammer.

Glerm smiled knowing that he had also become stronger, not just physically of mentally too. Glerm had also learned to become one with shadows that very day. So taking his new training to heart he used his knowledge of being stealthy, his body slowly disappeared and he was gone. Though he was completely visible he wasn't invisible. If someone looked hard enough or was an experienced hero, possibly Tal.

Glerm slowly began to walk towards the bridge, he couldn't speed up or risk being detected. Silently he took his first step onto the bridge. Suddenly he saw why Tal was there, a short gnome, short even by gnome standards was standing there, a mage by the look of her.

"Whats up, shorty," Tal teased.

"Go away, you stupid brute," Was her only reply

"Whats wrong. You should be used to it, your don't even measure up to mage standards," Tal laugh at his own pun.

"Stupid," Glerm whispered rolling his eyes.

"What was that!" Tal said looking around.

"That little rogue standing over there," The gnome said.

"Shit!" Glerm said instantly trying to spring into the canal before Tal could get him.

Glerm jumped over the side and thought he was home free, but something stopped him in midair. Tal was holding the back of his shirt, looking a little angry.

"Tal! Long time no see, I'm a little late...So mind dropping me?" Glerm said trying to sound happy but urgent.

"Glerm, how have you been? When did you become a rogue? Oh, and no." Talistal said keeping glerm hanging in mid air."No, we have a lot of catching up todo,"

Tal looked at Glerm evily. Glerm guled and the gnome just stood there and watched.
